Fantastic service. Every single member of the team were a delight to deal with, especially in an incredibly sad and difficult situation that my partner and I found ourselves in. They were discreet, compassionate and extremely kind. I would have no doubt whatsoever in using their serviced again (although hopefully that's not the case!) Thank you Emma and the team.

From the moment we made the initial phone call to discuss my late fathers funeral we were reassured by all the staff’s compassionate, professional and caring attitude. We arranged the funeral with Emma who actually is one of the pall bearers, she went through the arrangements of what we required in a caring nature and she made sure we were happy with everything. Debbie & Kerry who we also come into contact with made sure we were kept up to date about how the arrangements were going sending through proofs of the order of service and fully understanding with any changes we wanted to make. Everyone who work for Coopers & son are a joy to work with. We cannot praise this company and staff highly enough. Highly recommended.

Debbie and her team were extremely helpful and sympathetic when we lost our dear Uncle and did everything they possibly could to make the whole process more straightforward and easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We had used Coopers before, when my father died, and they were wonderful. So, when my husband died, we went to them again. They were wonderful again, caring, compassionate and treated me and our children with the utmost respect. They catered for all our needs and Emma was so approachable, and had all the answers at a time when we were really struggling. I warmly recommend them.

I am very pleased that I chose Cooper & Son for my wife Susan's funeral. We were guided at a nice pace through the various options when we first met Emma and everything went smoothly from that start onwards. Details such as the order of service and flowers were perfect, an excellent celebrant was recommended and the funeral service was just what we wanted.

Our family has used Coopers for possibly well over 100 years ,so always our first port of call. I have found no reason to change this tradition. They have always been very caring and helpful. My fathers funeral 7 years ago was conducted in a very professional fashion with all our requests carried out. Recently, my wife of 40 years passed away. She wanted a quite unconventional, bespoke funeral. Kerry at Coopers & son did a great job of putting it all together. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very caring and understanding. I think most funeral directors are now under the umbrella of much bigger corporate companies , so I don't think much is gained by shopping around.

We chose to use Cooper and Sons because they did such a wonderful job looking after the arrangements for my Mother's funeral 13 years ago. The service that we received for my Dad were equally good. It was a difficult time for us as a family but Debbie and Kerry took care of everything for us, Emma did a wonderful job as the director of the funeral.

Helpful , was ( Kerry ) when I needed to upload a photo I needed to send for order of service booklet before going to print. Plenty of correspondence given by ( Debbie) & then everything handled with sensitivity & with respect by Emma on day of funeral Thank you all.
