It's OK but the portion size is small the chicken pieces are very small especially for the money they charge you better off going to a franchise down the road and paying a little bit more and can get a better meal, but it's OK for a quick meal on a smaller budget. The size of the chicken pieces let it down. The customer service was OK I had to wait 2 minutes for the guy to come and take my order as he was in the back on a personal call which I did think was rude.

SINCE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT the quality of the food is great. The main owner always has a smile and fantastic customer service. I used to travel all the way to Hot and Tasty near Romford station to get wood quality chicken and chips... But recently noticed the quality was not as great. This place is better and what do you know, the owner used to Run Hot and Tasty before he left and opened this one. Great chicken. Great prices. Great service

Chicken valley is the best chicken in town! Chicken is nice and succulent with a tasty spicy coating. The pizza there is also 10/10, all for good prices too. Been going there for past few years now and I highly recommend for anyone in the area👌 top stuff

First time using today. Was issue within deliveroo app, phoned store absolutely lovely gentleman I spoke to 3 times in the end. Food was fantastic, customer service exceptional. New customer earned thank you.
