For a busy shop I was surprised to get DRY CHICKEN PIECES that were INEDIBLE. Spoilt my dinner. When I called to complain politely they rudely put the phone down. Busy or not busy food should always be edible as this is people's lunch or dinner that they want to enjoy. Also, be careful with the credit card machine as they over charged me. Customers expect shop keepers to be honest but its a shame that they cheat at such a busy shop. Doesn't matter if it's 1pence, you should always only charge the price advertised.

Was hungry and enticed by the cheap promos by the window. Got one chicken burger - more expensive than the two sliders in the promo. It was not good. Bread not toasty and squished. The mayonnaise tasted like salad dressing. Do not recommend.

What is a chicken shop? I often ponder this question. Is it a social affair or is it place of comfort where lost londers go? The culmination of my thoughts led me to one destination. Chickenways. Their peri peri menu is nothing but the best within any London borough. Their peri peri options are always made fresh so expect it to be a concoction of flavours within your mouth. To say chickenways would be synonymous with a love story wouldn't be to far fetched. It can heal a open wound and even provide warmth on a cold day. As far as chicken shops go. It is the best. My go to is p4 (spicy) with peri salt on the chips.

Although wrong food delivered, it still tasted very nice, wings were not hot and the chips were decent. Better to order in store.
