Vincent was the most helpful I could have ever wished for. He was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and even sourced for me something that wasn't in store, reserved it, helped me with directions. Best customer service ever, he absolutely went well beyond the call of duty! I was clueless about which product to buy (it was for a present) but Vincent made it possible, easy, stress free and quick! Thank you!

Every time you get an agreement price online quote, even for something B classed, they knock you down at the last minute or say that's the credit price cash price is less. Your offer will be less than a third of what you originally paid. You're better selling privately, which is my advice.

Bought a phone from another cex shop, at home I've found out that split, had it exchanged by other phone at cex Borehamwood . After couple of weeks phone started dying by midday. Took the phone back in borehamwood ,they had it changed and said that the phone is ok. I've tried to have the second faulty phone exchanged by othe similar phone but they denied. They said that i only exchanged the phone for voucher but not for the same value( was supposed to lose £78) . Disgusting After sale support. I would give them -5 stars. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not exchange items in this store! I took my items in to this store and received a Cex Voucher in return. When I came to use the voucher it had already been redeemed. The only people to see the Voucher would be me, and STEVIE A who issued me the voucher from the borehamwood store . Cex know when and where my voucher was used but are unwilling to resolve it. This has been reported to action fraud with no outcome. So I am left with nothing In return for the items I exchanged.
