My daughter Amelie had an incredible experience - she had her eyebrows waxed and tinted for the first time and she had trial prom makeup done. Chloe, on the Benefit counter, was such a talented make up artist and knew how to make Amelie not just look amazing but feel special too. Thank you Chloe. Can not fault either of the girls who work at the benefit counter, they are true diamonds. Kaitlin has been my number one brow tamer for years now and I honestly don’t think I could live without her. She’s such a friendly and approachable person, has GREAT knowledge of products and is a pure asset to the company. I honestly look forward to my half an hour sit down and chat every 6 weeks.

I went in the store in Watford for some makeup. Chloe served me. She was extremely helpful. She knew the products well. I was very impressed with her knowledge and skill. She didn’t just sell me products for the sake of it, she actually saved me money and asked me specific questions to cater for my needs. I would highly recommend the products they are amazing. And go to the Watford store, and ask for Chloe, she’s great!

Simply won’t go elsewhere! Easy to book online, great wax and tint from Kaitlin. Treatment is thorough but quick enough I can get done on my lunch break. They listen to what you want and check you’re happy. What more can you ask for?

Visited the Benefit counter in Boots Harlequin ctr for the first time last week. Chloe was friendly and professional and told me what she was doing before each step of the process. Will definitely go back and have booked another appointment! 5 stars!
