After a horrendous experience with DFS, we headed down to Furniture Outlet in the hope of getting a sofa at short notice. We browsed for about half an hour and decided on a lovely royal blue sectional-style with a large ottoman footrest. The purchasing process was a breeze and the young lady at the counter helping us (I wish I could remember her name!) was one of the friendliest and most down to earth people I’ve ever met. She deserves huge commendation! We asked for the sofa to be delivered in boxes and not built, as this was part of the issue with had with DFS and it didn’t fit through the door. Unfortunately, this was not followed and the sofa was still delivered pre-built, whereby we then had to dismantle and re-mantle it all in the doorway. Luckily this was an easy process and didn’t really cause too much issue. Certainly not enough to drop my review from a 5* to a 4*, especially considering they delivered in 3 days! Thanks for such a smooth process. Will definitely be back in the future if we need anything else!

Quality furniture, at great prices. Staff working here are fantastic, including the delivery staff. All round a very good experience, and we are v.happy with our purchase.

Some really good stuff at very reasonable prices. If you like it, buy it. Made the mistake of thinking it'll still be there, it wasn't.

Very busy shop on the weekend, there were plenty of staff on hand to help out with any questions, quieres and measurements. There are tables, chairs, bedroom furniture, sofas, armchairs, lighting and rugs. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to paying and sorting out delivery options. There were at least ten families queuing for the checkout and no other way of paying. Seems that would be a necessity to improve.

Definitely 5 stars! Purchased a sofa, footrest, dining chairs, bed & mattress. When visiting the shop the customer service was fantastic with Paul (Manager) and his team. I was giving the correct information and advice. The team went above and beyond for me & my partner before making our purchases The delivery was on time, efficient, with no issues at all. All items are fantastic quality and worth the wait as the sofa was due to be restocked. I was aware in advance and was updated accordingly. Couldn’t be more happier, will be visiting again in the near future. Highly recommend!

Bought a lovely table and chairs from the Wickford branch on Saturday was helped by Paul on the shop floor, he was really helpful and friendly looked showing us what to do when you buy from them. took delivery yesterday, very nice delivery men very helpful. will defo shop here again. great value.

Some furniture is well cheap for quality! I bought leather office chair for £50!!! So good quality!
