Amazing service, clean and very presentable! Rebecca was incredible at explaining how the lay-by system works, answering any questions we had and at ensuring we got the best product for our budget! Would definitely recommend!

I am a regular visitor to the portslade store and as soon as I enter the first person I see is Becca at the front till, she is a wonderful woman who always greets me with a smile, she is very easy to talk to and is also very good with my children, if it wasn't for her the place wouldn't be the same. Becca is a very hard worker and deserves the recognition

I first called to ask them if they would accept second-hand bicycles. They definitely said yes and didn't say anything else. I said that my bicycle was in average condition and I was far from their shopThe clerk said it doesn't matter. You can evaluate it at the store.My friends and I finally got to the store and rode for about 60 minutes. After seeing the condition of my bicycles; they said that they only accept bicycles in perfect condition. I was very angry. If this is the case, why didn't you make it clear from the phone at the beginning that you only accept bicycles in perfect condition?Moreover, the attitude of their shop assistants is also very bad, which can't solve our problems at all.We wasted our time in vain, and when we got back, it was already very cold at night. When my friend came home, he felt sick and began to have a fever. It took us nearly an hour and a half to get home because he had to ride his unsold bikes. Do you know how cold it was?After this incident, my knowledge of Britain was refreshed. At first, I was very fond of this country, but after this incident.It really lowered my impression of Britain.

Literally the best place in Brighton not once they have let me down it’s best to be honest with them they have been so good to me thanks guys on the phone in the store regardless what it is they will help you not once they have been rude to me keep it up guys.

I visit this store frequently and I’m always served by the wonderfully pleasant Bex. Whenever my partner and I walk into the store, she always greets us with a smile and never fails to make us feel welcome and never acts as if anything or any question is too much for her. Her customer service is second to none and always makes every experience easy and enjoyable. I would recommend visiting this store. 10/10

I needed a pa speaker, they only had an hour till they shut and it was very busy. This amazing guy (Josh) let me come in with all of my equipment to test out the speaker and so I bought it. Impeccable service! Good product for a great price.
