No-one really enjoys going to the dentist! However the last few times that I have been the dentist I have seen is Gaya. She is really good, patient , understanding and has a lovely nature and has time for a chat to help relax me, we even managed to have a laugh! Excellent dentist and dental nurse

Billericay Dental Care is amazing. Getting in touch is so easy and messages are dealt with so quickly and conveniently. Everyone is so polite and friendly and the service is absolute top quality. Would recommend to anyone. Feel very lucky to be a patient there.

I booked a cancellation appointment, was easy and efficient booking, appointment time was about correct so hardly any waiting I arrived slightly early and guess I went in on time. The dentist was polite and made me feel at ease she done a thorough check up, very happy with the whole service and a reasonable price. So SMILES ALL ROUND 😁

Like a lot of people I have been terrified about going to the dentist and have avoided since a poor/painful experience elsewhere about 15 years ago. I was recommended Billericay Dental Care by a friend and contacted them. I was able to arrange a check up quickly which went very smoothly. Unfortunately, I needed a filling which was expected but not good news. Dr Simren Patel was amazing, very gentle, explained everything that was happening, checking on me multiple times during the procedure to make sure I was OK. Whilst I can't say it was enjoyable, it certainly wasn't painful or stressful. My view of dentists have definitely greatly improved thanks to Dr Simren Patel and her assitants/nurses.

I recently joined Billericay Dental Care, having a check up and completing a teeth whitening course. I have had 3 appointments now and found all the staff very helpful and friendly, both those on reception and Simren (dentist) and Darcy (nurse). Both Simren and Darcy were great at explaining each stage of the check up and teeth whitening treatment, and made me feel comfortable throughout. All appointments were efficient and on time. Very happy with the service!

I have fixed braces (train tracks) here in 2022. I’m thrilled with the results. Sheena did the work and I’d really recommend her. I didn’t smile with teeth in photos before. Such a great investment.

For a very nervous patient they made me feel at ease. They explained everything in details and they had so much patience. The receptionist was fantastic very knowledgeable and took her time when I messed up the appointments. From now on, this is now my dentist and I travel from Upminster.

Sadly our dentist has left the practise and we had a new dentist. I was surprised my check up was only 5 minutes long this time. I didn’t feel we got the same service and was slightly disheartened as I get quite anxious when visiting the dentist practise I got a call soon after I wrote this review ,the dentist practise we’re upset to hear my experience was not so good. The practise manager arranged for me to meet a different dentist of which I did today and was happy how our meeting went and my experience was a much more positive one
