I lost my glasses in Spain and was not returning for a week, I telephoned, Billericay branch and asked them to recreate my prescription, within 2 days they phoned to say my glasses were ready. Very efficient and I collected them today. Thank you to all who helped me. Thoroughly recommend

Small branch but excellent personal service.

New glasses needed at last, two for one offer worked out fine as one pair is normal ultra thin varifocal with reactolight lens, problem is reactolight doesn't work inside a car windscreen so second pair is same prescription lens but done as a sunglasses tint, success.

Extremely happy with the service I recently received following a minor accident with my eye. Thorough examination and plan of action given, even received a follow-up phone call a fortnight later to check everything had healed.

Not a great experience on Saturday, sales person wasn't helpful and was not fully upto speed with glasses available- too many i dont know responses. Was more interested in the hard sell of anti glare coating -I gave up in the end and went to boots - shame I was wanting a £200+ pair of sunglasses 👓 🕶 😎

I always go here for my eye test. Friendly helpful staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
