Service was very professional and when I had an issue with my bifocals after a a couple of weeks, they were really helpful and replaced the lenses at no extra charge. I’ve been going there for quite a few years and this is the first problem I’ve had. It was dealt with immediately. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

I have had an eye infection for a week and my GP advised me to see an Optician to get my pressures checked in case it was something serious . I always use the Walton on Thames Spec Savers and the service I got today was exceptional. From the greeting and eye test with friendly Simon to the very thorough examination from the Optician. It was such a professional, friendly and efficient service . I would go nowhere else and my pressures were normal so nothing serious wrong just a bacterial eye infection. Thank you guys , so much appreciated and this was not a one off - they are always brilliant 🤩

Loved it here: professional, clean, fast and great specific eye tests. I would like to see a wider range of glasses though. And wow a bit pricy, please note that thoughts on prices is subjective.

Very prompt and thorough test from the staff at Walton. Never feel rushed and everything explained clearly. I needed a slight adjustment to one arm and this was dealt with quickly and satisfactorily.

Been going here for a few years now and always had great service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Couple of times had minor problem like losing screw or nose piece ( my fault), and they repaired straight away and for free...

Picked up glasses today from The Walton store. I can't remember the ladies name that finished the fitting and checking, but she was absolutely delightful. Lovely sense of humour and great to deal with. Sometimes there is an intangible vibe with a team and to add that, Conor was great to deal with when selecting the glasses two weeks ago. Not pushy just very professional and again fantastic overall service by him and the team. My partner will defo get his next pair from here..10/10 Dan Moore

Went for an eye test, I am type 1 diabetic so required a thorough check up. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly & professional. Superb service, I will be using them again!

Had my first eye test here today. Extremely satisfied with personal service given and advice. All questions answered. Nothing too much trouble. I have already recommended to my daughter.

Very easy experience from start to finish, my first proper reading glasses much better than my previous cheap n cheerfulls. Shame I lost them in a week. Back to the cheap ones.

I regularly attend walton specsavers due to ongoing eye issues. The Staff have treated me wonderfully. I have vertigo and severe anxiety and when I attended this week all the staff were kind and patient with me. With special thanks to John who did my initial tests where he kindly wore a mask for me as I am clinically vulnerable then the fantastic Ophthalmologist called Raina who treated me with such patience and respect even though I took almost double my allotted time she was very caring. Then after with Liam helping sort my order, he was as helpful and kind as always and he also wore a mask to protect me (without me even asking) The store is very clean and spacious and I highly recommend this branch of specsavers especially if you are anxious about your appointment. Thankyou 😊
