Amazing fish and chips and chicken wings!) I definitely recommend this place.

This place used to be one of my favourite fish and chips. Unfortunately it's gone downhill, the last few times I've got the fish I couldn't even eat it, the taste was awful. Very disappointed ☹️

Fish and Chips were amazing for good price. People are so friendly, and the halloumi and Turkish side salad are great. Definitely stop by for a bite.

I had a piece of cod, my wife had skate, it was absolutely beautiful. I've had fish and chips here a few times, always very good and the staff more than helpful.

The fish had tiny bones which unfortunately put me off. Such a shame. It could have been a one off. Everything else great however ordered on Uber Eats and the mushy peas had spilt from the pot in to the paper bag.

Great value for money along with good service from the owner! Great food too!

Only fish & chips place to go in woodford for excellent quality at a very reasonable price. Can I just say, the home made Tartar sauce supplied was the best we've ever tasted. Thanks also for putting in extra pieces of cod bites, much appreciated, and trying to make my chips crispy (when your super busy).

Just had a regular fish, chips and a curry sauce. Have to say, I was amazed when tucking into my fish. I travel around the country and Not had a chunky bit of cod like that in a very long time. Was a splendid surprise. Cooked to perfection. Highly recommend

Great little local chippy, staff are friendly and recognise you if you go in more than once. Good portions for the price and a variety of vegetarian options on the menu.

I rarely post reviews on google but this has to be the best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time. The chips are perfection, curry sauce is super delicious, and cod is meaty and tender - this is definitely my new go-to fish n chips shop 😋

Arrived just in time for fish out of the fryer! Cod was both meaty and tender, chips were good colour, crisp outside and soft inside. Pleasant service too and good value for money!

Recommended by a friend, ordered Christmas Eve over the phone. Warm welcome, food was ready on time and really great!! Shop was really clean too and has tables if you want to eat there. Definitely our new chippy......

When first opened, 12 months of 10/10 quality food. After that period standards have diminished and the eating experience is no longer a total pleasure. It's a shame, there is lots of potential here to be a terrific, quality Fish shop. Hoping they can rekindle that initial excellent food quality that we local residents had been eternally waiting for. It looks like back to 'Churchill's' Woodford for me.

Fish and chips made using fresh fish, you don't find that very often any more. We also had a full lobster platter, very tasty with a couple of beers. Visited there twice and both times we had a great meal and attentive service. Will be returning!

A friend told me about the quality of the fish and chips and they were not wrong. Very fresh and generous portions. Light and crispy batter - no sogginess that you normally get. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. I'd say it's the best in the area. Definitely will be my regular chippy.
