Absolutely
disgusted
with
the
customer.
Took
my
car
in
for
an
MOT
and
it
failed
due
to
two
front
tyres
So
they
ordered
new
tyres
and
re
booked
it
for
22/06/2022
i
dropped
off
my
car
off
and
left
it
for
the
whole
day.
Later
on
that
day
at
approximately
17.00
i
got
a
phone
from
the
member
of
staff
saying
they
cannot
find
wheel
lock
so
i
went
to
pick
up
my
car
and
i
also
couldn't
find
the
lock
myself
where
it
supposed
be.
However
i
had
to
go
and
purchase
a
new
lock
from
BMW
main
dealer
and
it
cost
me
£54
so
i
dropped
my
car
off
again
today
which
the
date
is
23/06/2022
at
time
approximately
12pm
so
they
can
carry
out
the
work
to
replace
the
tyres.
However
i
went
to
pick
it
up
later
this
day
at
17.30
and
i
was
told
wrong
tyres
were
ordered.
I
was
very
disappointed.the
member
of
staff
has
told
me
that
i
myself
ordered
the
tyres
online.
which
is
not
true.
I
told
the
staff
i
didn't
ordered
it
online
it
was
ordered
by
member
of
the
staff
at
the
branch
on
18/06/2022
after
the
car
failed
the
Mot
and
the
staff
confirmed
it
was
a
run
flat
tyres.
The
staff
was
so
rude
to
me
and
said
"why
would
we
order
wrong
tyres
for"
you
ordered
it
yourself.
I
replied
saying
i
didn't
ordered
it
it
was
a
member
of
staff
here
ordered
it
on
my
behalf.
He
replied
back
saying
"don't
argue
with
me
I'm
not
up
for
it
i
had
a
long
day.
What
do
you
want
to
do
now.
Do
want
to
order
the
correct
ones
and
bring
your
car
back
again
tomorrow
or
leave
it.
I
replied
saying
just
leave
it
I'll
take
my
car
to
the
main
dealer.
One
of
another
member
of
the
staff
who
drove
my
car
out
of
the
ramp
got
out
of
my
car
and
threw
the
keys
at
me.
His
description
was
a
stocky
asian
male.
The
description
of
the
member
of
staff
who
i
was
talking
to
were
white
male
shaved
head
with
scars
on
his
head.
As
they
finished
with
my
they
didn't
put
the
wheel
lock
back
where
it
was
when
i
bought
it
in
and
the
compartment
where
the
wheel
lock
goes
in
was
left
open.
With
the
attitude
of
your
member
of
staffs
i
have
a
feeling
they
may
have
done
something
with
my
original
wheel
lock
as
every
car
should
have
a
wheel
lock
in
the
compartment
when
manufactured.
The
only
other
time
i
had
my
tyres
changed
by
BMW
main
dealers
which
they
do
not
use
the
lock
from
customers
car.
I
bring
my
car
in
for
MOT
every
year
at
this
halfords
branch
but
now
what
i
experienced
i
am
absolutely
disgusting
with
service
i
received,
the
rude
attitude
from
your
staff
and
the
time
they
have
wasted.
I
will
not
return
to
halfords
in
the
future
thank
you
