I was an exchange student in Liberec for awhile and I had almost no experience in Crossfit. Francis helped me a lot in my two months of journey. There was also another guy named Pete I guess. They are all the most friendly people I know in Czech Republic. I could not hang on with Goodfellas because my culture is kinda different than Czech culture and I felt alienated but as a foreigner I can literally send my gratitude to them. They have an amazing effect on my sports life and my exchange period. If you are a foreigner and want to drop in, you should but if you are not from around, you will alienated in some events such as Halloween because everybody speaks Czech. Only Francis and Pata speaks English. Anyways, thanks a lot for everything. If I were Czech, I would spend all my time there! Berk

Absolutely stunning open-gym in the heart od Liberec. During the turing with the band I’m always searching for a nice open-gym I could excesise. I was lucky enough to find a nice sunny gym with very nice and beautiful owner. The owner was imediately at my disposel and helpful. The gym gas everything that modern athlete needs and even when my BJJ friend came and we wanted to excesise a little bit of BJJ they provided us of a small matrace. Excessising in this particular gym was very pleasent and I could imagine myself call on this place on the regular bases. Thank you Market for a nice and warm welcome. See you soon 🧔🏽‍♀️

This is the place to find help and support from experienced and easy-going people. I can afford to call the gym a great community to which he will be happy to return. The gym is very spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need not only for exercise. I will probably never forget my first lesson in 2019, when the "gates opened"... it was my very first cross training and it was an experience (read massacre). It doesn't matter if you "drive bombs", just go to exercise or "rest" after a hard day at work, you are always welcome and you will leave in a good mood :) Not only the staff, the equipment of the gym, bar, changing rooms and relaxation zone, but also the other comfortable clients are the reason why I want to keep going. I recommend it to all punctual and non-punctual (you can handle a few English) people looking for exercise in a friendly environment!
