The last FOUR TIMES I've been to this location, my order has been wrong. It has been wrong other times, on occasion, but this is 4 in a ROW. This time though, 9 items were wrong. NINE. We called the store and asked to speak to a manager, and we informed them that we would be there tomorrow for the 9 items to be corrected or refunded. They did not offer that. I LOVE Taco Bell, but this is ridiculous. I get that places may be short staffed, but that doesn't mean my food has be wrong and suck every time. After tomorrow I will not return to this location, and we have frequented for a long time. Edit just a few moments after I posted this, I open my spicy potato Taco to find only potatoes, literally nothing else. So 10, TEN ITEMS MESSED UP.

I really have no problems with food or accuracy of my order... But I'm super grossed out by the employees finger nails that are 4" long as she hands me my food. Whatever germs or bacteria growing under her nails is too close to food.

I do not know why I even keep stopping here. 1st off I am in the service industry so I know how agrevatting things can be. But time after time at drive thru I am given the wrong bag. So not only am I not getting what i pay for someone else is not getting what they paid for.

It's Taco Bell....even on their worst day, it's still good. One time I ordered two plain bean burritos and got two deluxe burritos by mistake, it was a cool day.

Taco Bell is my jam. The first time I had it I was in 8th grade & my life was forever changed. I’ve steadily made my way through the menu over the yrs but my go-to’s are Cheesy Gordita Crunch & Doritos Locos tacos. Mexican pizza seems to be a hit or miss sometimes, tho overall I’m glad it’s back on the menu after a lengthy hiatus. Occasionally my order gets screwed up but that can happen at any fast food joint. TB, you have my heart & my belly’s loyalty.

The Taco Bell off of Ogden near Harlem is the best in the City of Chicago. They got our orders right - the food was hot and fresh. It was super fast at the drive-thru. The guy in the window was very nice and attentive with our order to ensure it was correct. It's sad that not all fast foods are equal in customer service and in food quality, but this Taco Bell I highly recommend.

Why doesn't Taco bell staff answer the phone? I was there enjoying my lunch when my Mom left a bag there. She didn't realize it till we got home. I called & called at least 10 times no answer. What a disappointment. I'll never go there again.

When we got home with our order, we found that they had shorted us six tacos. We drove back with our receipt. The guy refused to make us new ones because we didn’t come back right away with a physical bag of cold food proving that the order was incomplete.

My husband and I went though the drive through. First of all, they forgot the potatoes and he ordered a steak gordita . Well what he received was not a steak gordita! I ordered the nachos bell grande. The toppings were minuscule! Needless to say we will not be back. For what we spent, we could have had a sit down dinner at Connie’s!

I came here to the dining room, 17 Feb 2023. Quarter past 7:00 and it's still closed. I called and the woman did not speak a lick of English. I asked her why she wasn't open yet. She said something about being open on Monday. She then hung up on me and then would not answer her phone when I called back.

Drive through experience. The woman could not be more dismissive. She spoke at a volume that a person with bionic ears would have a hard time understanding. Also she got our order wrong which naturally lends to the less than stellar experience.

It's a restaurant. So why have anybody "wait by the garbage can" ? To smell others' trash? No thanks. And the mix gender fella or "her" looked at me very rude before asking me to park by garbage can. Then decides to toss me DIABLO sauce instead of the "hot" and "fire" i ordered..

Decent quality as far as Taco bells go. Things don't look thrown together. The crunchwrap supreme was very light on meat.
