totally and utterly messed up my french tips!! … gave me 2 coffin shape toe nails and the polish is not even !!! do not go here if you value your time and money

Been a handful of times, the work is fine just above average. Customer service is non existent here, the older owner or manager ? Not sure who the older woman at the front desk is but she’s very rude. Not worth it. The search continues.

Joanna did an excellent job on my pedicure. I was falling asleep feeling so relaxed. She got me ready for my Company Christmas party. Definitely recommend!

Johana did a great job on my nails and Jannel did a great job with my pedicure and i got my eyebrows waxed for the first time with her. I will always remember her!

I have been to SO many nail salons and I can honestly say this is the best one. It’s by appointment only but once in a while, they do take walk-ins. I love that they see you exactly at your appointment time not a minute past. They are very professional and friendly at the same time and the owner is the best part of the whole experience. She makes you feel welcome and wanted for her place.

I have done a lot of traveling and moving to new places. Finding someone to do my eyebrows the way I like has always been an issue. When I moved to Chicago a little under a year ago, I was on the hunt for an amazing eyebrow lady! I came across Glam Nails & Spa and booked my first appointment with Jannel Hummel! When she showed me my eyebrows I was BEYOND excited. Jannel is the best I’ve ever come across. Besides her amazing talent her warm personality and kind heart was just the cherry on top. I haven’t gone to anyone else since. Thankful to have found this place and even more grateful to have found JANNEL HUMMEL! Thank you so much!!!

This is a small, clean, modern well-kept nail shop. They provide great service. They execute your designs and make you feel comfortable. There is a bit language barrier if you're a person of non-Hispanic descent. This is a Hispanic nail shop, therefore most of the staff's first language is Spanish. I unfortunately only speak and understand a little Spanish. So sometimes it can be challenging to communicate what I need. Thankfully the staff is very patient and friendly.

Jannel did an amazing job with my facial on 01/07/2023. It was my first time having a facial done, so I was not sure what to expect. I want everyone to know that it was AWESOME!! Jannel took her time with every step and made me feel so relaxed. When I was done I couldn't wait to look at my face and when I did I was in AWE because I could immediately see a difference and my face felt amazing. If you have never had a facial done or if you have and are looking for a new place to go call Glam Nails and Spa in Berwyn and schedule your facial with Jannel. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely be going back to Jannel and have already scheduled my appointment for next month.

Great experience Glam Nails. Daris was so kind and very detail oriented. I felt comfortable and my nails are sculptured beautifully. It was a great pedicure & no chip!

It was ok, I asked for tips and gel nail polish but the girl did some type of nails that just get glued on and painted them so she didn't do anything but glue them and paint them with gel nail polish and I got gel nail polish on my toes and my mom got regular nail polish her toes and gel on her finger nails and it was $300. The girl was nice but it would of been nice to have known the prices before hand

The owner of the facility is so RUDE and unprofessional. She screamed at my mom, who had asked to reschedule a service. It was uncalled for, and I do not tolerate abuse or mistreatment of any kind. Never coming here again. Treat people with respect and dignity

This place is wonderful. It not too big and not too small. Their pedicures are great. I’ve never had an issue. They also speak Spanish which is a plus as I can understand everything they say 😊. I have recommended this place to all my family and friends.

I had my nails done twice here! The nail techs are good but depends on who you get. First nail tech I knew personally did mines. She did good, however it took forever! The second nail tech was ok, but she left a lot of dents on my nails. The price for a no chip acrylics for short coffin was too expensive!

I’ve been coming to Glam Nails & Spa for a year now for waxing. My to go person is Jannel for this job. She’s amazing! Makes me feel very comfortable. She talks to you like a friend and also makes you laugh. I think this is a distraction so it won’t hurt much lol. She takes her time and explains with details what to expect. This place is clean and it seems to be busy all the time but they accommodate you to meet your needs. If you are looking to get rid of your unwanted hair I would definitely recommend to see Jannel.

Amazing salon! Great work and customer service! I’ve gotten my nails, toes, and eyebrows done here and they never disappoint!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. My only complaints would be that the nail tech snagged my fingers with the nail file a couple of times and the nails aren’t perfectly smooth, but they look and still feel fantastic.

Everything I wanted for my nail set was possible, came out just how I wanted them! So happy with my nails. Will be coming back with Eva!!!
