Always a great place to stop for a bite and I do whenever I'm in the area. Just remember CASH not card and you'll be cruising. Definitely recommend.

J. J. Sausage anything on the menu is on point but keep your credit card in your pocket cause they only accept cash. A true greasy spoon. No dine in only take out. Not on the check list but they also sale a pretty fye pork chop sandwich.

Well the food was good prices went up they were 3.25 now 5.00 and no pop just fries which they gotten better also let the pork chop stay on a Lil bit longer but good food

This place is so nostalgic. It reminds me of a special time in my life. When I was a kid, my mom would take me shopping near Roosevelt & Halsted Street in Chicago. I could smell burgers, polishes, pork chops, and grilled onions for miles. My mouth would be drooling, and I couldn't wait until mom finished her shopping. This place has good food. However, I am not fond of their French fries. They taste as if they are processed with a light breading and salt. Other locations still take the time to make hand cut fries.

Need to start accepting debt/credit cards!!! I don't like using an ATM when it's crowded in the restaurant

I've been here a couple of times and like the quick in and out. This time, we ordered 2 polishes with the works that came with fries. Does not disappoint!

I ordered a Chicken sandwich w/fries and my mom a hot dog w/fries. Our sandwiches were hot & juicy with plenty of fries but the jalapeño pepper were dry not dripping juice like before.
