This place has honestly amazing hospitality, ambience was amazing and the massages were great! Only thing for me is that I personally feel that reviews help people make a good judgment on whether a place is good and Padma was offering customers $5 off if they wrote a 5-star review and it doesn’t really sit well with me. That being said, it is a great spa and at quite affordable price points!

Best massage in Singapore, for real! Very clean, smells good, and luxurious! Worth every penny! It is very slightly more expensive than the local massage shops, but the difference in quality you get, is worth a 100 more! Reception was excellent, masseuse was great, and rooms have very relaxing music and high quality oils and beds. The therapist takes all her time and does not rush a single thing. Will most definitely repeat my visit!

Kelly was really hardworking and skilled: felt like she got all the knots in my back and legs. Felt so relaxed leaving the spa! I make it a point to return weekly to get my fix.

Second visit again for their 1.5hrs oil massage. Place looks very new and clean. My masseur Mavis is pretty good with her massage technique. Both my friend and i enjoy our massages and will revisit again.

I have a gift voucher so I went to have a massage. It was an enjoyable experience, parking is free and easy. I will recommend if anyone would like to have a good massage but do ask for Hana as she was my masseur. She is good. The receptionist was not very friendly probably because I am not a regular customer and I went with a voucher. The massage parlour that I used to go, they will serve hot ginger tea and dessert after massage. Padma spa has bottles of mineral water and hot drink station for self service which lack of human touch.

Visited Padma Spa during the pandemic and recently again a year later and I am happy to say that they have continued to maintain their high level of service standard and quality. Kudos to the management for upkeeping the place - everything is running well and there is no lingering odd scents (that you get with other establishments after they have operated for a few years). The details that are important to note are: the individual hand towels in the bathroom; the very large embossed towel used during the massage; the massage bed is well presented and comfortably padded (especially in the facial area); music is selected is not intrusive; each cabin is well insulated from exterior noise despite being next to Scotts Road; and the room temperature is well maintained. I have recognized a therapist and have come back to her repeatedly and the skill is consistent and never disappointing. Really appreciate that there is no unnecessary talking or odd sounds during the session. Thank you!

Recommended by my friend working nearby this spa. Came here for 1hr foot & 1hr body massage. The environment was so relaxing and the masseur skill was good till I fell asleep during the session. Most importantly, no hard sell at all!

I think the 5stars reviews for this Spa are all overrated. Reception might look classy, massage service is lousy. I booked for Aroma massage 120min + scrub and Acupressure massage 120min + foot massage. In the end it turned out to be two Acupressure massage which one with oil and one without oil. Apparently the spa or masseur does not know the difference between Aroma and Acupressure massage. The masseur kept pressing my neck, head and back during the whole "Aroma" massage and it caused the pain on the neck and head from yesterday till now and could not sleep well last night due to the pain on the neck. I think all masseurs only know one type of massage which is Acupressure massage and nothing else. If you want a relaxing massage forget about Padma, it is not relaxing but torturing experience! Besides the massage, am also very disappointed with the scrub service, they appointed different masseur to do the scrub and massage given the reason is whoever is free they will provide the service. This is not a proper spa should do, a proper spa will appoint the same masseur to attend to you for the whole treatment and not one for the scrub and one for the massage just because one is available earlier and the other is not available, is totally ridiculous! The way the masseur did the scrub apparently has no proper training. She kept scrubbing me as if I am a piece of flooring, up and down several times with no other movement and it is so abrasive and painful not at all relaxing! I have been to so many Spa, this is the one which is trying hard to look good on the outside but service is totally lousy. Last but not least, after the so called oil "Aroma" massage, they do not wash their hands to remove the oil but just using baby wipes to wipe their hands and then massage your head and caused the hair full of oil! What kind of spa is this? The total experience I had yesterday was just the same kind massage parlour in the neighborhood but definitely not a spa. They do not live up the name as a SPA!

Great place with strong masseuse lady to help with my aches and sore muscles. Good pricing, we paid around $200 for 60 min deep tissue + 60 min foot massage + 30 min ear candling. They have free parking in front of the building

Visited this place several times already & it’s very recommendable. Location: Scotts Road, very easy to get access to. Environment: clean and comfortable. Free tea, water served at the waiting area. Rest room is very clean, massage room is not top of the list but good enough. Service: fairly good. Waiting is almost a must upon arrival, sometimes it can be 5-10 minutes delayed, but thankfully there is a nice waiting area by reception. Skills: very good. I don’t have a fixed masseur but feel their skills are equally good, can feel they really work on the pain points for longer time. Price: giving the location, environment & skills, the price is extremely reasonable. Reservation: via WhatsApp, full payment is required upon reservation (which wasn’t before). The reservation process is efficient. Overall, a reliable place, highly recommended. My priority choice for massage.

I booked this for my husband on his birthday. Message technique was good and masseuse did a great job on the back. However, the masseuse only did back massage with oil. On legs she covered with towel and then did light massage. No front massage. One hr. just back massage for $89 is quite expensive and we never this is something we needed to clarify in advance . Later after raising concerns, manger apologized and told us that masseuse mistakenly thought that my husband wanted only back massage. He also offered to refund 50% due to this misunderstanding. We did not accept it as massuse did full 1 hr work.The concern for customer satisfaction is truly appreciable.

Always have a great experience when I visit, Padma is an amazing spa and I always leave feeling relaxed and recovered. Fiona, is an Excellent Massage Therapist. Magic hands and very caring. She pointed out and worked on my stiff neck problem. Fiona, a very professional manner, explained the procedure and answered all my questions. Helped me decide what type of therapy might be best for my body, and was attentive to my needs throughout the whole session. And she not a time watcher, once when my session is up, I casually comment too bad today no time for my head. Fiona never calculative yet very willingly to help me do a few minutes head massage. Somewhere below my both ears too. Giving my head feel a lot lighter. Blood circulation improved straight after her massage point on my head and ears. Fiona is truly a gifted masseuse. I never came across such a friendly, patient and polite China therapist. Also, the environment is comforting, relaxing, and provide me calm and peaceful. Receptionists both also very professional greeted me right away when I came in. But I don’t know their names. But I feel so warming each time I visited Padma. And I was so impressed on my recent visit, to know one of the man that served me at the reception is actually one of the boss. He is so humble and polite. That may be the reason why Padma’ receptionists and therapist are so well mannered. With such a awesome boss behind leading the whole Padma. Thumbs up. Keep up the good works.
