I
have
been
with
Evolve
for
over
4
months
and
following
are
pros
and
cons
I
am
experiencing:
Pros:
1)
Staff
are
friendly
and
helpful
2)
Facilities
are
better
than
other
MMA
gyms
I
have
been
trained.
3)
Most
of
the
Muay
Thai
trainers
are
well-known
and
experienced.
Cons:
1)
Levels
for
Muay
Thai
New
comers
cannot
join
most
of
classes
(e.g
clinching
and
sparring).
Levels
in
Muay
Thai
is
pure
marketing
and
insult
to
an
art.
(Note:
It
seems
like
promoting
goes
by
duration
not
by
performance
as
I
met
with
level
2
or
3
people
who
couldn’t
even
punch/kick
properly.)
2)
Very
few
BJJ
(NoGi)
class
New
comers
can
do
only
3
classes
per
week
for
BJJ
(NoGi)
and
two
classes
is
on
weekends.
(Note:
Some
trainers
ask
students
not
to
attack
the
legs)
3)
Overpriced
They
recently
changed
the
price
and
it
is
not
wroth
it
since
you
cannot
join
the
class
you
want.
Additionally,
you
cannot
do
the
gym
hopping
(under
the
same
brand)
unless
you
are
willing
to
pay
more.
4)
Inexperienced
trainers
New
trainers
may
good
in
fighting
but
they
can’t
do
the
pad
work
like
the
old
trainers.
(It
is
very
sad
to
lose
the
early
morning
trainer
called
Max.
It
was
really
good
to
train
with
him.)
Summary:
Trainers
are
good
but
the
system
is
very
bad.
If
you
are
a
beginner
and
just
want
to
learn
basics,
it
is
not
a
bad
place
for
you
(if
you
don’t
mind
paying
overpriced)
but
think
twice
before
you
sign
the
contract
if
you’ve
done
the
Muay
Thai
before
and
you
want
to
new
things
and
doing
sparring.
You
might
end
up
paying
only
to
learn
the
basics
for
6
months
or
a
year.
There
are
lots
of
good
MMA
gyms,
which
can
offer
better
deals
than
this
gym,
around
the
island.
P.S
Don't
bother
about
the
MMA
fighters
they
advertise
under
Instructors
category
because
you
won't
meet
them.
You
won't
even
find
the
MMA
training
class
in
the
class
schedule.
