When
ever
I
have
this
craving
for
Putian
style
cuisine
I
would
always
patronize
FuZhen
seafood
at
Blk
283
Bukit
Batok.
As
they
have
that
authentic
Putian
taste
and
affordable
price.
But,
I
guess
the
inflation
had
really
hit
them
hard.
I
had
ordered
a
Putian
traditional
braised
noodle
(卤面)and
their
famous
deep
fried
yam
cube.
The
braised
noodle
potion
was
good
for
1
person
and
the
noodle
is
very
springy
and
has
a
very
different
as
compare
to
other
zhechar
stall.
The
taste
is
still
good
especially
when
you
add
a
bit
of
black
vinegar.
Savoury,
natural
sweetness
and
sour
taste
from
the
vinegar.
The
peanuts
gave
you
a
different
level
of
taste.
Still
one
of
the
best
that
I
had
tasted.
The
only
issues
I
have
is,
the
ingredients
used
is
so
pathetic.
I
found
2x
lala,
2x
small
prawns.
Pls
see
my
picture.
Vegetables
used
was
also
not
alot
and
the
pork
belly
was
sliced
so
thin
that
you
can
hardly
see.
I
just
don't
really
understand
why
they
want
to
cut
their
ingredients
till
this
level.
Reputation
at
state.
That
is
why
the
3
Star
rating.
The
deep
fried
yam
is
super
crunchy
outside
and
soft
inside.
Paired
with
a
sweet
and
sour
sauce
on
the
vegetable
it
gave
the
yam
a
refreshing
taste.
Nice.
But
it
cost
me
S$10...
Hahahah.
Not
cheap.
Overall,
I
felt
is
a
nice
place
for
traditional
and
authentic
food.
Maybe
just
have
to
let
the
lady
boss
know
to
place
more
ingredients
ah...
Will
pay
for
it
ah....
Hahahah.
