Went to pediatrician for my son's ear condition. Was being diagnosed as ear infection and yet PD was not able to solve the problem after 3 visits and told us to go to ENT on 30 Dec. I was panic as not able to get any ENT appointment elsewhere because many ENT clinic either closed or only able to offer appointment on 4th Jan. I tried calling Dr Annabelle's clinic. At first, same answer, slots are full. I was dissapointed at first. To my surprise, clinic assistant was kind enough to ask about my child's condition and offered a slot for us on 31 Dec. Dr Annabelle is very friendly, and patient. She was able to diagnosed accurately and did procedures immediately. She explained the my child's conditions in details without using complicated medical terms, and taught me some ways to do the after care. We walked out from her clinic with huge relief! Many thanks to clinic assistants for willing to slot us in, so that I can have a peaceful new year, without having to worry about if my son's ear infection is going to developed into some kind of serious illness. Imagine 2 weeks of antibiotics and the "pus"(according to PD) seems got worst. Many thanks to Dr Annabelle for taking every patient with great care. Truly a 5 stars specialist clinic.

After spending a lot of money in your clinic I was told that you were not available for a short phone call after experiencing heavy side effects from the medication prescribed. Also in the mail contact I felt not adequately treated. I am not used to that conduct with doctors from Europe.

I had a great experience during my visit with Dr Annabelle. I had an accidental injury to my throat which resulted in damaged vocal cords and loss of voice. The clinic managed to slot me in on short notice on account of the urgency despite Dr Annabelle's fully packed out schedule. I have been under the care of Dr Annabelle Leong for a very long time. She is always very friendly and meticulous in her treatments and operations. I would highly recommend her if you have any ENT issues like my middle ear infection that requires surgery. doctor Annabelle has made a diagnosis accurately on my condition yesterday in Mount Elizabeth Novena’s clinic; she examined and explained it clearly with live video while proceedings scopy. I was impressed as she used a nasal anatomy model for further explanation to ensure it's understandable. Later she did a hearing test to complete the thorough ear check. Most importantly , She given workable solutions to me. After 10 years, this is first time I discovered my problem of PET, thanks. Brought my 3yo toddler to see Dr Annabelle. He has persistent nose block/runny nose and cough for 2 weeks. Had seen both a PD and GP but the medication given were not helping much. We decided to see a ENT specialist and Dr Annabelle is our preferred choice. Dr Annabelle was gentle and reassuring to him, and managed to examine a fussy toddler and made it fun for him. She was able to make a diagnosis and prescribe the medications and nasal sprays which are working well to treat his condition. The nurses and clinical assistants were friendly too and when Dr is explaining to us (the parents) about how to administer the medications and how to relieve his nose blockages, the kid is happily playing in the "play" corner of the room with the clinic staff, engaging him with the pizza wooden blocks and toys. The clinical experience was fun and non threatening to a toddler. And most importantly Dr Annabelle's expertise had make the kid better and recovering well.

Dr Annabelle Leong is very passionate, detailed and professional. She did a gentle naso endoscopy to my 5 y.o boy and he just stayed still! Not even felt a slightest pain!
