Glad I shortened my stay here. Staff is friendly, and they mean well, but room is dingy, bathtub is child sized and wifi is comical at best. 2 minutes to load gmail... did a speed test and results were 9.26 down and 0.84 up. Also sounds like some construction going on, which for someone who works nights and sleeps days has me feeling a bit cranky.

Great hospitality with worthy price. The pool and the pathways are amazing, feeling chill in this bungalow. The breakfast is good. Location is not too ideal but the landmarks are within walkable distance. Be careful walking at night, the lamp light is insufficient.

We really liked our stay here. It’s close enough to the centre that you can walk into the bars and busy areas but far enough away that you feel like you have some privacy. The pool was always empty and the staff were charming and friendly. The ONLY reason this isn’t 5* is because we weren’t warned in advance about the drumming which is practiced in the temple opposite until about 23:00. It was VERY loud. I’ve just been informed that another annoyance was that there wasn’t a bin in our room and that the fridge was a little smelly. Personally I loved the place and would recommend it to any traveller 😊

- Great location for accessing Ubud and local eateries, but just beware that the hotel is a short walk up a steep hill which can be busy with mopeds - Room was good value for money at around £30/night, but was quite traditional - Unfortunately the room wasn’t cleaned throughout our stay, and we didn’t receive clean towels despite being there for 3 nights - Lovely terrace outside the room - Aircon and fridge in room - Bed was quite hard and uncomfortable - Room didn’t feel that secure as was only locked with a padlock and you could see inside the room through a gap in the door, additionally there was no safe for valuables

This place is good for value(expect what you pay for), the air conditioning is very average its not possible to sleep during the day as the room doesn't get cool at all. The pool lights were not working during the night and the fans in the room were not working as well.

Nice cottage with downstairs the bathroom and upstairs the bedroom. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff is friendly. Pool is clean. You can notice that operations are a bit rusty after COVID. But I am confident they will find their routine again…

The location was pretty good along with the service. Their AC didn’t work in 3 rooms we booked. Some lights in the room didn’t work and the toilets didn’t have any lock

Excellent, mid priced and well above standard for Ubud... we stayed in loads of crappy places this trip... but staying in the bungalows with high roof was amazing. We got it for 300k after some negotiating. Pool is awesome with very little chlorine (a++), gardens stunning (hard to believe your so near the city centre). It was so nice to have breakfast on our deck and the staff was so accommodating and helpful, even though their english was limited. We recommend and would come back again!
