I do not know where to start writing about this company. It seems like a big scam how they go about issuing parking tickets. The parking board content is filled with fine information instead of actually communicating how to get a valid permit. Any they expect us to just understand all their rules. When I made an appeal giving the genuine reason of parking, it was just discarded. I do not understand why do they have the appeal service when they can't provide a fair service. REQUEST TO CANCEL THEIR LICENSE!

Paid my parking fine for staying in a โ€˜retailโ€™ park for 15 minutes over time. I had spent my hard earned money in two of the shops. ยฃ60! minimum at a time when fuel, heating, food energy prices are all going up. Thereโ€™s also Covid and a War for good measure. Thank you so much for confirming there are still the worst kind of people/money grabbing companies out there just to make your life even worse!

I know parking control is needed but this company take the absolute biscuit (and that's being polite). I'd just moved into my flat and had parked on the car park so that I could move my things out and take them to the 2nd floor apartment. Came back down after a break and there had been a ticket left on my car. Fair enough I should have checked beforehand but checking for permit signs when I'm moving in wasn't the first thought I had. Anyway, I tried to appeal it because I was moving my belongings to the property and would buy one if they could let me know where and how. They didn't help me with trying to source a permit, instead they said if I can prove that I've got a permit then I can just pay the original fine for ยฃ60.00? Thanks... very generous of you. In the end, I just paid it because I knew that they wouldn't give in until I had and I'm glad I did now after reading the other stresses people have had to deal with because of them. But, by the sounds of things, they'll contact me again about this. Sit watching people go about their business? I just find it weird that this is how this company makes it's money.

This company is a joke, I'm a disabled drive and parked in a disabled bay to go in to the lakes and dales and had my blue badge on display then received letter today for fine, office open one day a week (Thursday 24hours) the company need shutting down for going for disabled driver and many other people and no visitable signs saying private parking, this is a absolute joke and place has lost a customer. Company has lost a lot of customers so may be shut down from lack of people wanting to be fined after going in for two minutes.

Scam company, they issued me a parking charge for staying slightly over a 4 hour maximum stay in what is stated as a free, no limit parking at Bedford interchange retail park. There is no visible signage detailing the NEW maximum limit and there is no information on the website. The parking charge letter lies, advising of a customer service line where calls may be recorded. Instead itโ€™s an automated payment line with no help. Also no email address or alternative details on the letter. Only a PO Box to deter people from appealing. Luckily I googled. Even if my appeal gets rejected there is zero chance I will be paying this unlawful charge. I have already wrote to watch dog and a other platforms to expose this fraudulent company.

Thieving immoral company. Must be run by some grubby fat cat getting rich out of scamming decent ordinary people. How anyone could work for them and sleep at night is beyond me

Should be able to give minus stars, got two parking tickets for a vehicle that I no longer own, 3 debt management companies and 1 solicitor firm chasing me for payment with threats of bailiffs and court and constant final notice letters. I've provided relevant information from the dvla proving that I had sold the car and was no longer the owner of the vehicle at the time of the offences. Also the parking offences were done in the locality of the new keeper which is absolutely miles from me. Absolute jokers

If I could give half a star I would, this is an absolute shambles of a company. How UKPC are still in business with its disgusting unjust behaviour and rude ignorant staff I will never know. The purpose of a private parking company is to prohibit unauthorised cars parking on private land, not to issue tickets indiscriminately to residents who occupy the property and parking space. I was issued a parking ticket in my own parking space by UKPC, unfortunately my permit had fallen off the windscreen. I tried to appeal it by sharing my parking permit with them to prove it was my land. My appeal was ignored and was then told I couldnโ€™t appeal it further. They then chased me for five years trying to extort money from me to pay them the parking fine which I refused to pay. They demanded ยฃ300 by this point and went to issue a CCJ and a court date. How this is fair or lawful I have no clue. I hope UKPC gets shut down for itโ€™s completely unethical approach to a business strategy. I wish anybody the best of luck dealing with this awful company. If you have the money to fight them I highly recommend it.

Received a fine from these clowns for a car thatโ€™s not mine! The photographs donโ€™t match my number plate and after I appealed it I got a rejection for my appeal?! the attendant must have made an error with one letter on the number plate but the colours or brand of the car donโ€™t match yet they still didnโ€™t have the common sense to pick this up after I pointed it out ! Instead wasting my time and sending my details to a debt collector.

They are after your money as much as a vulture is after dead meat. They also send viruses with attachments in their email. Stay away and appeal to any fine. I went to court and paid a fraction of what these scammers were claiming.

Absolutely horrendous attendant, received a ticket when parked in disabled bay because my car wasnโ€™t straight!! I didnโ€™t realise that when I went to pick something up quickly I had to park within the oblong within the parking bayโ€ฆ still well within the actual bay and more to the point I was at the end so no other space was being affected.

These people are scam artists. I am disabled and I have a blue badge. I was visiting my daughter so parked in a disabled bay. The blue badge was visible in the front windscreen. When I returned to my car, I was shocked to find a parking fine. I emailed to explain that I had a blue badge and appealed it. Eventually they decided as a 'gesture of goodwill' to reduce it to ยฃ20. Their email went on to say that if I decided to appeal again, I would lose the right to pay their 'gesture of goodwill'. I paid it in the end. They are real scam artists. I even begrudged having to give them one star

Being chased by debt collectors for this company for a car parking fine which was 3 months after I sold the car. Have given proof I sold the car proof the car has been refinanced and as I live Manchester and the fines are for Scotland should be enough to prove but not for these. All they have to do is put the car reg back into dvla but nope want me to pay and then take the new owners to court to get it back. You may sounder why I post this here but itโ€™s because the collectors keep saying that uk parking insist they do it this way.

Same as others have mentioned, I, along with hundreds of others used the car park late on Sunday evening to collect from Reading Festival. No barriers or signage on entrance to indicate the car park was closed/parking restrictions and no signs that I could see advising of restrictions within car park. I've now received a ยฃ60 fine. Absolute jokers! Beware.

I don't know where to start writing about this company. The parking board content is filled with fine print information up a 8ft lamppost which is at base levels discrimination against all the disable and learning difficulties community. They expect everyone to be able to read this fine print up an 8ft lamppost. When I made an appeal giving the genuine reason of parking and a parking ticket that I had purchased of them, it was just discarded as this was a no parking time, why are there no barriers or clear labelling that is accessible . I do not understand why do they have the appeal service when they can't provide a fair service. I feel discriminate against as such will be taking this matter further to highlight this to the appropriate authorities. if considering park on one of there site i would advice you bring your binoculars.

How quickly you send me the fine, but have you ever thought of donating to charity or something like that at least 10%, 15% of the money I gave you? I'm sure not. And if I couldn't pay even ยฃ1, what happens? Surely they send the recovery all over me, and they were doing their "duty". Ugly from you! If you sent me a verbal letter I would definitely thank you, and I would definitely park 1:28m from 1:30m! And I was happier if part of the money went to charity! From my side I give you 0.0001 starts ๐Ÿ˜ . No more but less yes!๐Ÿ˜, this star does not count! ๐Ÿ˜

The most useless firm imaginable. I can understand they may get some grief over disputed parking tickets. But I've been trying to contact them for several days over a criminal matter they are virtually impossible get hold off to say they have surveillance in place to protect us pretty useless if you cant get in contact with them Quick enough to issue fines but not to have staff to pick up a phone set off cowboys.

A typical scam parking company, if you want to lose customers and generally be unreasonable to people spending money at your business then these are the guys for you. Will soon turn your loyal customers against you. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Parked in their St James Outlet, Dover car park. The receipt didn't have their VAT number on it (unlike all other parking companies), emailed them to request their VAT number and after nearly 2 weeks still haven't heard anything. Their phone line doesn't put you through to anyone either, just automated information. Extremely poor

Was in McDonald's with a friend and accidentally stayed over by 20mins - did not see the signs. Received ยฃ100 fine. Friend did not get fined. Seems this company are picking and choosing who to fine! Absolute disgrace of a place - McDonald's have most definitely not lost ยฃ100 in sales due to me being 20 mins over especially when the restaurant was dead. This company and McDonald's are making millions out of parking fines and I hope one day that this company alongside debt recovery plus are made to pay back the millions they have made out of people.

They give UK drivers a very hard time issuing fines and like a ghost stalking them with letters to pay fines. very inhumane, they dont care whether someone is disabled, pregnant, depressed, unemployed. They get linked to solicitors with all the legal jargon and then the courts to emotionally black mail normal middle class people in to paying increased fines from say 2019 to 2022, like in our experience. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! At least have heart Post COVID 19 and think of the increasing prices and all! But no couple of ยฃ100 will make you a multi billionaire. Shame on this service.

Got a ticket for parking a motorcycle in a motorcycle space. In the event these low rent wannabe police, who are an embarrassment to their families for generations to come think about touching my bike for parking safely and within white lines - I'm going to hook up a battery to the frame and hope they have a pacemaker. Clearly marked on the vehicle of course as a "security system"

Scammers..... ***IF YOU WANT TO FIGHT THEM, DO NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM, LET IT RUN IT'S COURSE*** I have had dealings with various contract parking companies who will pursue you for so long and then go away after a while. This company plays DIRTY, they will profile you through your property and location to see if it's worth their while going all the way to court. If it's not worth their while they will send out a series of letters to test your nerve. If there are any issues with the identity of the driver or the reg, they are less likely to pursue you successfully, and usually back off. UK Parking pursued me right up until the Court date, in doing so they sent me at least 3 letters appearing to settle the charge at a cheaper rate. I declined each time and a week before the court date they dropped the case. If you have little knowledge of the law they see you as an easy target, play dirty yourself, it may be the only way. I am happy to assist anyone who needs advise.

SHAM company. Tried to bully and intimidate me into paying a fine from 2019. Threatened me all the way until 2 weeks before a county court hearing, when they bottled it and discontinued the court proceedings. It has been noted that they have followed this process (intimidation before discontinuance at the final hurdle) for over 200 other cases in the last year alone. This is a complete waste of the courts time in processing these 'claims' and also a waste of taxpayers money. DO NOT be intimidated by these lot. DO NOT pay any of their so-called 'fines'. BUT don't ignore them, do fight your cause and help is available (free of charge) on certain very accommodating internet forums via a Google search. That is what I used to file my defence and witness statements to beat these bullies.

Straight up criminals, appealed with all the info explaining where they made a mistake, they responded into my junk folder asking for more information to which I didn't see. Plus they already had all the information they needed as was legitimately registered to use carpark (name, registration, company etc). 4 months later they chase me for first time with higher debt. Give me no way of appealing as the email I used just has blocked responses and phone only to pay. Don't like holding onto hot stones so I just paid it and curse the person responsible for such ludicrous procedures and having no remorse even when a driver is NOT at fault.

I received a fine after a pick up during Reading festival. I was ushered into the car park by police and waited there for about 20 minutes. Like everyone else in the full car park. The gates to the car park were left open allowing hundreds of people if not thousands to be fined over the weekend! Anyway I received the fine and proceeded to appeal it. They failed to acknowledge this and sent me an updates fine as the 14 weeks was up. I paid it after a while as they just were not complying with their own procedure and the fine was going up. Now Iโ€™ve paid it apparently Iโ€™ve accepted responsibility, however the fact is I didnโ€™t want to be further out of pocket due to there disgusting business plan! After numerous back and forth emails, I have established nobody here can in fact do there job and respond purely with cut and past phrases on a saved document. Absolutely disgusting company that takes any opportunity to do people out of money and then not comply with their own complaints procedure. Cowboys!

Real pieces of filfth. Threatened my sister whoโ€™s a single mother of two with court action, and when she appealed she got no response and no direct number for any human. Honestly, theyโ€™re just stealing a living from honest people - special place somewhere for any workers of this company.

Loathsome company. To anyone having the misfortune of dealing with these cretins, make a point of reading the British Parking Control (their governing body) code of practice because they certainly didnโ€™t follow it with my case. Having this knowledge got my incorrect charge cancelled. Debt Recovery Plus and CST Law work in conjunction with this abhorrent company so shame on them for failing to do their due diligence in making sure claims are valid before pursuing innocent people. There really needs to be tighter regulations to prevent the kind of harassment and bullying this company thrives on. Shameful!
