Why!!! Y'all have the most rude, hateful and disrespectful breakfast woman! I spoke in English, Spanish, French and German! And somehow she understood nothing! Coffee was water! 🤮 No milk out for breakfast 🤯 a true American breakfast drink for hundreds of years! Rock like biscuits! They have a nescafe machine ( just for looks through) 😂 misleading consumers by showing one thing and giving another is against consumer laws! And it only takes one law suit for many to be fired! I'll be contacting best western offices to see if they're aware of this hotels ways of operation! I don't mind free settlement money! 6-24-23

It was late and I was tired. Googled hotels and looked at reviews. this had good ones so we got a room. 1st step in lobby hit with a fresh clean smell. lobby was spotless. Got to room and liked the tap feature to open door. swiping cards is a pita. so bonus there. room is clean and no bugs. i always do a search b4 bringing in my bag. Bed and pillows were soft and fresh smelling. loved that they don't use that comforter thing. You know, the thing hotels put on the bed and you don't know if it gets washed every time? everything was white and you would be able to tell if it was dirty. This will definitely be my overnight stop on future trips. Thank you BW Plus for having a safe, clean hotel for us weary travelers.

Horrible! Horrible management! Very noisy all evening like spring break in Panamacity! Breakfast was empty @730 am no eggs no meat! Breakfast lady acted like she had no clue what to do! Cheers and crackers all over pool area disgusting! House keeping wouldn't replenish room properly so we were sharing towels like homeless people! Not cool! New management needed badly!

I don't often give reviews, but when I do something has really stood out to me. In my recent travels I've stayed at Best Western Plus' lately and after my last stay at your facility they have won me over to choosing them as my first choice to book with. Clean, Consistent with Caring staff. Keep up the great job! See you next time!

Perfect location for Division II football playoffs, people were super friendly and rooms were spacious and clean

Stayed a couple nights for business. Pros: The hotel is convenient to the highway, Walmart, restaurants, and coffee stops. I didn't hear any other guests or outside noise from inside the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked. The staff was pleasant when interacting with them. Cons: The hotel is aged and requires upkeep. I attached some pictures where the water wouldn't drain from the shower, the heat lamp dial was broken in the bathroom. The sink had minimal water pressure. There was a brown mark on the ceiling (maybe just dust collection) and the window was broken (not the glass). Staff although very polite, was not aware of hotel policies regarding travelers using a company card. It was figured out the next day. Overall I felt safe and slept well, but I don't think that justifies the cost per night.

Overall is a good hotel with comfortable bed, nice staff and room well equipped. The major thing I personally would like to have is more healthy options in the breakfast although it was pretty much standard as far as I can tell.

Upon checking in we discovered a bed side lamp not working, the manager Kimberly, came to our room and replaced the lamp her concern was it did not match the other lamps in our room. I was very happy that it worked. They are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night on our way home during a long road trip. My hubby and I traveled with two small dogs. This hotel was a great place to stay with or without pets. They had just installed new beds in every room; very comfortable! Our pet-assigned room was on the first floor, close to an exit that led directly to the outside pet area which was clean and spacious. The inside swimming pool was large and very clean. The entire hotel was clean, well maintained and quiet. Even the air/heat/fan unit was quieter than all of the other hotels we stayed at. Staff was friendly. Price was competitive. Would definitely recommend to others. (One recommendation to the hotel is to now invest in additional pillows; current pillows are very soft; need firm pillows as an option.)

This hotel was amazing for the price! Hotel staff were very courteous and pleasant especially April. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely use it again.

We had an excellent stay! This Best Western offered a very nice variety of breakfast items and all the employees were very pleasant. April, who was working the breakfast both mornings of our stay, did an excellent job keeping everything clean and replenished! She was very nice and went out of her way to greet customers and asked if they needed anything!

Great motel for an overnight stop on a long trip. Clean and tidy. Good breakfast with choices of biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage along with cereal, fruit, bagels, toast, juice and coffee.

The only reason for our stay was because of storms and we wanted a good night's rest.... well needless to say worse bed I have ever slept on in my life. I feel like I've been hit by a truck!! The breakfast was nothing special. The place was very clean and no bugs! However, you will not get a good night's rest. They could had atlease had mattress toppers on the bed but I'm not sure that would had even helped.

Very clean rooms We stayed in the room with the hot tub lobby staff was very sweet it was like home away from home always ask if we needed anything best breakfast gym room was clean and all equipment worked pool room always had towels definitely will be coming back soon definitely a place to recommend

Ok..this is a really nice motel. I was not disappointed in the least bit. Wonderful staff and awesome rooms. I stay in a lot of motels and this is in my top 5 in Arkansas. Keep up the good work and you are appreciated. Thank you🙂

Very nice Best Western, seems to be recently updated. Everything was great, but, no usb ports on lights or anywhere. That was a big inconvenience and surprise for a Best Western. 1st BW I have ever stayed in without them.

Very clean and excellent staff. Breakfast was very good and good variety. Second day biscuits were very hard. Came about 8:05. Never brought any fresh ones out. So threw it away and ate a chocolate muffin instead which was excellent.

I wanted to make an honest review! This place is very clean and tidy and the front desk staff is very friendly as well! Our room was cleaned without even asking for services! So that was all a plus! The down side…the bed. Worst sleep ever. You can feel all of the springs in the mattress. When you sit on the bed you can feel them coming out of the sides and the mattresses seem to dip very badly. We got awful sleep for this reason and the whole point in us staying at a hotel was to avoid getting bad sleep at family’s house while traveling. I’m guessing the mattresses are very old or not the typical mattresses best western uses. I’m actually an employee of best western and I hear nothing but positive things about our comfortable beds at the hotel I work at. I hope they replace the mattresses soon! Other than that this place is very nice. I won’t be back though, unfortunately. Awesome job on everything else though!
