The man who takes your order in the drive through at night time has got to be the worst customer service employee on the earth. Constantly asking the same questions over, asking you to repeat yourself, getting the order wrong and getting an attitude when you try to correct his mistakes. I come here at least once a week on my lunch break because I work thirds and nothing else is open so I don’t have much of a choice but to deal with him if I don’t pack my lunch. I’m so nice when I order, I always say please and thank you and talk politely but this guy instantly ruins my mood without fail.

While I never have any issues here. And the same guy is always very pleasant. The issue I did have tonight. He rushed me and I felt like I couldn't order what I wanted to. And it was just one thing I wanted. With a couple modifications. I get stuff happens. But don't say the total when we may not be done ordering. Please and thank you. I don't know his name. But the older gentleman. Very nice, but I guess was a crazy night for them inside and dine in wise. And my order wasn't right for the one item I did get Have a blessed night

Cashier couldn't care less; kids these days and their apathy. Had to ask for ANY sauce, luckily they included enough napkins. FTR, Yum Brands: Mountain Dew Zero is NOT Diet Mt. Dew. 😢

False advertising charging 40% above advertised price! We were hyped for the $5 crave box that is heavily advertised but this store and all the other franchise stores around it are charging $7. That is 40% more for the same amount of food!! Don't let this franchise owner rob you with his greed when the advertisement for the $5 box is driving people in!!!

I ordered a bean burrito extra red sauce. What I received was a concocted mess of beans lettuce and tomato. For me Taco Bell is hit or miss, when I get hot fresh food I'm thrilled. Yet it's less than 50% of the time. We are all paying too much and getting less. It was basically unedible. Better luck next time 😕

The nacho fries while tasty only amounted to about a handful. I requested 4 sauces and received none of them. No napkins to be found either. The black bean chalupa could use more beans but it was surprisingly fresh! The nachos and strawberry freeze were solid.

We ordered via doordash and made some adjustments to the nacho bellgrande, everything was nicely placed, it looked like they took the time to make it not terrible. Entire meal slapped, 50% sober.

There is a man that works there who will not stop interrupting customers while they're ordering. He will always cut people off and make them repeat themselves to the point you want to scream at him to shut up.

I was just on my lunch break and got my Taco Bell order from grubhub and and when ate a part of my chicken chalupa I was looking and discovered that my chicken chalupa was raw/undercooked

Taco Bell prices are out of control. One year ago, 6 chicken soft tacos cost $16 plus, then later $18 plus. On 11/01/23, 6 chicken soft tacos cost $23.34. Chipotle is less expensive than Taco Bell on a price per amount of food basis.

Our service was super quick and the cashier was so nice. I've been disappointed with Taco Bell's food for the past few years, but I decided to try this location and I'm so glad I did! The first good/worthwhile food I've had from Taco Bell in years. Happy to know I can go back to eating there again and I'm getting what I pay for in portion size and flavor.

Best part was the friendly drive thru cashier, an older man, I only ordered 1 taco and it was a advertised, dorito taco Supreme, packaged neatly, I placed my order on the app and I received everything I asked with it, sauces, napkins

Well taco bell, there's just nothing better, we'll there is but in the far food dept., not much. And bashford manor taco bell acquired Isaac to their team. Good job taco bell you will be so happy with him. I'm merely a customer but, this guy is pleasant, courteous, sincere, polite, and real. No pretense, just Isaac. I come back bc of him. For real, good job actually I haven't seen one empl. at that location that isn't top notch! MY FAVORITE TACO BELL! You all know customer service is my main deal just bc it's in the toilet everywhere else. Jus sayin.

Rest of the order was decent except they forgot the cheesey bean and rice burrito that I absolutely had to go back and get because the female friend doesn't eat meat. Drove back for $1.79 like gas ain't high and all the cheese was literally crammed in at the bottom. This ain't it. If you got people driving back, give them something for the trouble. And my chilupa is never hot, what's up with that?

Incredibly friendly and fast drive thru service. One of the best TBells I've been to. Had to go out of my way to rate this one highly!

We got fish this time and the fish was cold and had been cooked for a while. The shrimp was also cold and taste terrible. Maybe the girls that was cooking in the back don’t know what n how to do it but I fault the managers. They neeed to train. N show the cook the ropes.

How this Taco Bell has under 4 stars baffles me greatly. Seriously, the food has been on point every single time we've gone. Every time! Either they're a rocking Taci Bell or their butter zones just happen to be when we go. Service is quick, the staff is polite and to the point, and you'll have prime-time Taco Bell quickly and be all the happier for it. I will say some people might take the staff's "to the point" attitude as rude, but they just want to get you your food is all. Small talk and chit-chat aren't something I've seen come from staff, even when a customer tried to initiate it. Again, not in a rude way, just in a "let's get your food ordered" kind of way. Don't let it bother you, they're being professional. My new favorite Taco Bell

I got bean burritos that were the size of my palm, no red sauce on it, no onions, barely any beans but the whole tortilla folded into a ball pretty much. Our crunch wraps have almost nothing on them as well and I cant seem to get ahold of them when I call

Sure, the drive thru guy can rush but if you know what you’re going to get, assert yourself a little, you’re going to get what you ordered and get it fast. I’ve never had a “bad” experience here. I know that even if I pull up and there’s a line, no worry. I drive 10 mins out of my way sometimes just so I can get some late night from this T Bell. Keep on doing what you’re doing.
