Great tasting food at reasonable prices. It’s a varied menu - not just pub food. The fries are really good - large, crunchy, not soggy or squishy. Excellent service - quick, accurate, and pleasantly cheerful. Clean restaurant with plenty of light and large booths. Lots of parking with easy access to Hurstbourne.

Let me tell you something… If you do not believe the community is important, believe me now! I was first introduced to the Chili’s on Hurstbourne lane during Covid. When are we could do is pick up orders. Since then I make a weekly trip just to see the ladies in gentleman who got me through the most hard time at any of us have endured. I walk in, they call me by your name I know what I’m drinking and typically know what I’m eating. Susan, Blake and the manager, Ned, a force to be reckoned with, Susan and Blake are my absolute favorite bartenders. You do not have to go to some fancy Mexican restaurant to enjoy an amazing margarita of chili to try great prices great drinks, amazing food. Kind of people and extreme professionalism. You will not be disappointed.

It's about time to update this review, since this location has improved about 100% since my last review. This Chili's location is on our Sunday lunch rotation. Since we generally arrive within 20 minutes of opening we never have a wait. We also like to sit in the bar, so the wait is even less of a wait. A large part of the reason we sit in the bar is because of Kelsey. She's been there every Sunday we've visited for probably close to two years, and she is AWESOME. She always greets us with a smile, know what we like to drink, and brings us an order of Chips and Salsa right off the bat. After a major upgrade a couple years ago the restaurant has a very nice, welcoming feel. To be honest, before this recent renovation I was completely unaware that there were tables behind the bar. #WhoKnew? I tend to rotate through 2 or 3 menu items (the Classic Nachos, the Chipotle Bowl, or the R̶a̶n̶c̶h̶e̶r̶o̶ ̶C̶h̶i̶c̶k̶e̶n̶ ̶S̶o̶f̶t̶ ̶T̶a̶c̶o̶s̶ --no...wait...they discontinued those for some asinine reason). Ok, so I rotate between two things. My sole complaint any more is that the music played in the bar (and, perhaps, throughout the restaurant) is often Too Freakin' Loud. I like the music, but I also like to be able to talk to my server and to my wife. We've mentioned it to a couple servers and to another patron or two and they don't disagree. During Covid I wondered how this Chili's would fare. At times they were open, other times not, of just the bar would be open, or open with limited staff. I was genuinely concerned for the staying power of this location because, even to us, it looked like it was one the precipice of disaster a number of times. I have to congratulate the managers and the staff that stayed in the fight. Well done.

We had an awesome time at Chillis 🌶. Our waiter James was great and he was very in taking order and also gave right suggestion. His smiling face was one thing which is the USP of him. Food was tasty and served fast without much wait. We had the quasedillas and chicken tendons. Soft and delicious. For Deserts we had molten chocolate brownie.

Hubby and I were out for appointments and wanted to try different food. I mentioned Chili’s… my husband had never been there before. It has been years for me. I ordered the wings -honey Chipotle and garlic Parmesan - special (16). Husband ordered the quesadilla explosion salad. EVERYTHING was cooked very well and was delicious. We will definitely be back. It’s a YES for us😋

One of our favorite spots in town to grab a great burger and a $6 monthly margarita special. The food is always good and I've had nothing but great wait staff at this location (and thanks to the awesome bartender, I was able to escape a rather terrible date last month too!). Highly recommend this location. Order the margarita special and some chips and salsa with your meal.

It's Chili's, what's not to love? It's not fine dining, and it's not fast food, but it is the perfect lunch spot to go out with family, or catch up with friends. Reasonable prices, big portions. Always have leftovers. Their chips and salsa is a must!

Went for lunch. Not many there but the place was clean and service was prompt! We ordered the big mouth mini burgers and the southwestern egg rolls as well as the loaded potato soup and quesadillas. They all came out hot and delicious. The egg rolls and burgers paired well with their house made ranch avocado dip! It came to about $38 for two people. The only thing that would have made it better is if they still gave out chips and salsa for free.

We almost stopped going to Chili's because of several bad experiences at the Hurstbourne location over the last few years. HOWEVER! The Chili's on Hurstbourne has stepped up their game! We have eaten there three times over the last two months and each time the food and service was amazing and affordable.

Bailey at this location was the sweetest server! She had such a kind, positive personality and made our experience here a 10/10. She needs a raise! Will definitely be back!

Had lunch here with my cousin yesterday and sat at a table in the bar area. Ordered a mushroom and Swiss cheese burger. Pretty good. Even the iced tea. Waitress was very helpful and always had a kindness about her. Clean restroom. Plenty of parking.

Kudos to the Chili's staff at the Hurstbourne Pkwy location for your dedication and service this evening! Despite only having two waiters and a growing number of customers in the lobby at dinner time, you provided very personable service, and tasty food pretty quickly. The appetizers, drinks and entrees we had were appreciated so much more knowing the circumstances in which they were prepared! Thanks!

I'm not going to go into the details but basically had horrible service, I mean really really bad and shockingly it seemed intentional. Waitress had colorful hair and tattoos all over her face and body. No smile, just an angry expression. To top it off, I got sick from the food. Everything was dirty and greasy from not being cleaned. Not to be mean but the hostess had all the intelligence of a gold fish. I thought Chili's would be a safe bet beings that I grew up eating here, but I was wrong. Massive waste of money.

Very good food, clean, exceptional service, nice atmosphere, located in an upscale end of town.

Got the Cajun chicken pasta. Kept hearing about how good it was, and was highly dissapointed with it. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their food though. Server was very friendly as well.

Always enjoy the food at Chili's. I know they typically are understaffed, so be patient with them. Daughter asks every Sunday to go.

No one was there and service was still extremely slow and not great. Ordered big mouth bites and instead they brought me half of a plain cheeseburger. Every chili's I have visited recently seems to have gone downhill. Not impressed.

I've never been to Chili's, so new experience for me. The waitress was a darling. She was funny, she was sweet, and she dealt with a group of kids. I would say she was the best lart of the experience. Now, I won't forget the food. The food was delicious. I'm telling you, the ranch, the burger, the fries, and the CORN. I love corn, so that was my all time favorite. Thank you for a good experience, for my first time at a Chili's Restaurant.

Amazing atmosphere we did go on Labor Day, and they were very slow business wise. The staff was very friendly ,and the food was great!! Would recommend to anyone looking for good food at a fair price!

We came in with a very large party of 22 and the Chili's staff was amazing! They gave us one whole side of the restaurant and served all of our group quickly and error free. The food was incredible too, highly recommend this Chili's location. Thank you, Chili's for taking such great care of our team.

When I arrived on a Wednesday evening, I told the wait staff that I only had a one hour break (from work). I asked if it would be possible to get dinner...she said they were very busy but she would do her best. Wow, did she! I quickly ordered from the Pick 3 menu. Lemonade, chicken enchilada soup, the 6oz steak, loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. I went to wash my hands and returned to my drink and a place setting...Moments later my soup arrived. The food was excellent, steak prepared exactly as ordered, potatoes and broccoli were fresh. I can't applaud their efforts enough. Kudos to Chili's on Hurstborne! Added bonus, the "busy" restaurant was still quiet and no one seemed stressed. 👏👏👏

Went for lunch, there wasn't a crowd which is fine. Food came out piping hot and was good! Our server was great too!

Took my sis to lunch. Both of us tried the $10 lunches. Had to cut burger in half to manage it. Wound up taking it home as carry out. Potato soup was thick and creamy. Upon arriving was shown to a table almost immediately. Noise level was a little high but then I'm sensitive to noise. Certainly quieter than C. B. We very much enjoyed ourselves.

We had a great meal at an affordable price and a great waiter named James. Our glasses were kept full and we had great chips and salsa as we waited on our meal.

On mother's day we had a party of 11 and were seated immediately. The service and food was excellent. I fed a group of 4 for under 50.00

I ordered and could not pay on the app it was freezing. I took longer to actually pay for my meal than I had to wait For it. I live fairly close to the store and when I got home my phone was ice cold. I ordered and paid for extra Alfredo sauce on the side and the just put the sauce on the side. There was no sauce on the food at all. The chicken was very hard and cold, the few pieces that were on there. I asked to remove the dice tomatoes and there were still tomatoes on my food. I was very disappointed.

The server, Jay, was as good as a family restaurant server should be. In fact, I'd say he provided service that far exceeded my expectations. The food feels out of date, as in very 2000's. It's wasn't bad, but I feel it needs to be somehow updated. The atmosphere is also dated. Not so bad as to be clingy, but noticeably out of date. The restaurant itself felt as if it was grimy from age. Perhaps a remodel or a thorough deep cleaning would help that. The manager was actively managing and brought us coupons for another visit. There seemed to be certain things that indicated the corporate structure was working to find that new angle. I hope they are able to update their menu and atmosphere, as this was a pleasant casual dining experience.

Place was great, not really too busy. The food was good especially the tacos ! Our server was awesome, kind and friendly . He kept our drinks full and kept the chips n salsa coming . They have the handheld game systems for kids, so my son loved it. Overall it was great I would definitely go back.

This place has really stepped it up! Nice new bar is awesome for watching games, and hanging out with friends. Good good food and cold beer!

The host was young and absolutely worthless. He had friends sitting in the bar area and was more interested in them. The waiter was worth the wait! His name is Carlos, he was efficient, humorous, and very kind! I hope Chili's knows what a great server they have! Thank you Carlos for a wonderful evening!💖

The workers were very friendly & comforting. They did their job well, and even did the request to sing Happy Birthday to my friend :) ! Very chill place to have dinner with friends.
