term
of
facilities
and
services.
As
one
of
the
leading
Orthopedic
Hospitals
in
the
country
and
the
pacesetter
in
that
field
I
urge
the
Management
not
to
relapse
in
their
service
to
humanity.
Notwithstanding,
the
the
good
service
provided
the
following
issues
must
be
addressed
as
a
necessity:
Website
Address
For
a
very
long
time
the
erroneous
impression
has
been
created
that
the
St.
Joseph
Hospital
is
located
at
Koforidua.
If
the
postal
address
is
Koforidua
that
does
not
make
the
location
to
be
in
Koforidua.
The
land
on
which
the
enviable
edifice
is
located
was
given
by
the
chief,
elders
and
the
people
of
Effiduase.
I
therefore,
take
this
opportunity
to
draw
the
attention
of
the
Management
of
the
hospital
to
address
this
obvious
error
on
their
website
so
as
to
give
credit
and
honour
to
the
people
of
Effiduase.
Prescription
Form
The
above
form
should
include
the
main
telephone
numbers
of
the
hospital
to
enable
dispensing
pharmacists
assess
to
Physicians
when
further
clarifications
are
needed
from
them
on
prescriptions
issued
to
patients.
For
example,
when
inadvertently
a
Physician
did
not
indicate
the
amount
of
milligrams.
