Seriously Ghanaians,what's with your reviews,almost every comment is about ...,big,new ,nice building.tell is about how they provide services ,customer services and competency.nice big building does not treat a person

Always see the place from afar which is very beautiful. After getting inside and visiting some of the wards, I have seen that the place is very neat, staff ready to deliver, patient friendly. The surgical wards are very good and up to standard. In this covid era, everybody is in his or her mask. Hand washing is also ensured at the main entry points. Sanitisers and thermometer guns are also available. Kudos to all hardworking members of this great facility.

Two weeks ago, I went there to get a new dressing on my foot, I had to wait a couple of hours for an OPD consultation before getting it done in the old wing which is crowded and dirty. Then I was admitted to the Emergency Ward and stayed there for six nights. The new wing is modern and clean; however, the level of care is deplorable. Lots of young doctors wandering around there are inexperienced and clueless. Nurses are only measuring BPs and administering oral medication. Many family members are sleeping there so that they can feed, wash and fetch supplies for their sick family members. If you don't have cash or someone to fetch medication for you, you can die in this big, new hospital.

The noise about this hospital in Greater Accra was in deed worth it. It’s a state of the art health center with modern equipments and machines for patients. It’s serving the people of Ghana well as its living it’s relevance.

Very modern hospital with state of the arts facilities. Very clean and organized space. I was there for the first time and was very impressed. The nurses and doctors are so friendly and jovial. This is actually my first time experiencing this kind of gesture from Ghanaian health workers. Security guards are ready to help and direct you to the various wards. Visiting hours ends after 6pm so be sure to get there earlier if you’re visiting a patient here. Parking space is not a problem at all.

A pretty up to date facility compared to most i n Ghana. But the doctors are terrible!!!!!! They just keep moving back and forth doing nothing and not talking to patients or their relatives. The only time they speak with you is when they are giving orders to get medication. Communication between doctors is poor!!!!

They don't pay their security workers well so they always resort to asking patients' relative 5gh and stuffs... Also, most of their nurses are rude and incompetent and are not ready to learn... the Doctors too.... They have a great infrastructure, but their services are poor.

the place is neat and the department i visited was superb. i actually didnt believe it here in ghana. the nurses are also friendly and patience . generally i think its a great place for medical care and i would say one of the best

Hospital on the Castle Road, left side of Road after the roundabout near Electoral Commission. The Hospital looks great but the Antenatal unit looks old and crowded. Something has to be done about it.

State of the art building with great health professionals. The building is so huge you can easily get lost. I think a map is need to aid patients in finding their way around.

Apparently this is the best hospital in Accra. My relatives had a shocking experience here when their daughter required emergency attention. A whole Dr and three nurses could not insert a cannula. You would think this would be something basic all medical staff could do. Cannula was not even flushed out. Minimal infection control procedures. Made us question the level of training received and if staff were there based on who they know rather than competency. Dr and nurses had a combative attitude and didn’t communicate, but were offended if asked questions. But to be fair this did improve when there was a shift change in staff. Come ready to leave your sick person to fill in bureaucratic forms and go in search of basic supplies that you would think a hospital would have. Medicine needed not available at the hospital pharmacy and told to go the Movenpick hotel to buy it. Imagine a foreign hotel is better stocked with medicines than a Ghana hospital pharmacy. That pretty much sums up the state of healthcare in Ghana. Please be brave enough to overhaul this ridiculous bureaucratic system…. it will kill more people than it will save lives.

Wow, the Ridge Hospital 🏥, now an ultra modern health facility capable of handling much more referrals. I just arrived here today to see a family at around 5:29am. In as much as I wanted to see the person, I was made to wait until it's 6am. The environment is cool and serene. And the cleaners were busy going about their chores. If it happens to rain now as we are waiting, it will be very uncomfortable 😣 for us as visitors. Plus, the cold weather 🌡️ outside. I SUGGEST THAT MANAGEMENT SHOULD ALLOCATE A RESTROOM FOR VISITORS.

Excellent emergency 🚨 services.

I had to change bed sheets for my child myself on several occasions, nurses were very hostile as if they have been forced to work.Had an issue with my bill and the account staff made me understand that they can’t do anything about it though they mistakenly added things which shouldn’t have been. It was back and forth for hours. Then finally I had to pay even though I was billed wrongly. It’s sad

My Good friend Mr Jake Addo whose mother died this week whilst in the care of this hospital, was denied access to see his mother's body until he had paid the requested sum of money. Uncaring, unprofessional, inhuman and a total disgrace on the entire community. The LACK of proper care his mother was afforded whilst a patient shames the hospital, the doctors and all medical personell whose job it SHOULD have been to provide adequate care and compassion but all they were interested in was generating one bill after another, disgraceful.

This is the hospital i have been going for some years now. I started from the old building till now. I gave birth to all my three children there. Infact is such a nice hospital, the nurses and the midwives are so kind.,lovely and caring. The Dr. i had is the director of the hospital Dr. Srofenyo aka Dr. Srof. Ohh what a wonderfull and God given Dr. God bless him and the staffs.

Great ambience

The facility is top notch. The processes are greatly synchronised. All departments visited offered great customer services. Highly impressed with the place.

These guys treated us so nicely on two separate occasions: when my Mom had her procedure, and when I lost my Dad. They are so friendly here.
