I am from Holland, and maybe I am a little bit spoiled because of the good medical services you get over there. I think the Police hospital is very inefficient and they have extremely long waiting times. When you want to see the doctor, expect to wait 1 hour to get your hospital file, another 2 hours before they measure your blood pressure and your temperature (even if they have done this the day before and everything was fine) Waiting before you can visit the doctor does only cost about 1 hour and waiting at the Pharmacy and the bank where you need to pay goes very fast, maybe 15 minutes each. In my country, when you want to see a doctor in the hospital, you make an appointment and everything will take about 1 hour (including the visit etc.) At the police hospital you need to take a day off. Because of these waiting times I now go to a private clinic, Philips Medical Center in Cantonments, prices are maybe a tiny little bit higher, but the waiting time is much more less, you do not get different doctors, the doctors are good and the whole place is much more neat then the Police hospital.

Went for medical report yesterday and the process was very smooth I didn't stress and I got my results later in the day same day

This hospital served my family and I since I was a kid thanks to my dad's service to mother Ghana.. they treat their own very well .. it's a good hospital..

The staffs are so so rude n unprofessional....I got there as early as 5am..the doctor was in as late as 8:30....and falled out exactly 2pm without waiting to hand over duties to the next shift...we had to wait till 3:05 before a doctor came in....wao.. amazing.. would also like to know if the hospital is meant for only the police or for all..

Doctors and staff keep you waiting forever for their diagnosis of their patients( your family member). They should know whatever they find out, the family members need to know asap, they don't need to wait to be asked. That is rude and unprofessional.

They waste patients time when it comes to general consultation. The doctors and nurses have to pay more attention to the patients when it comes to time management. I am very disappointed.

I visited the hospital this morning and was shocked that there were no patients toilet be use. This is an emergency, someone having stomach upsetting, came over to emergency and patient can not use a toilet to wait for a doctor. This is a serious issue that needs urgent attention.

Bad service........ I would never have given a review but for the fact that it has to do with a child and it was my first time I think they should pay more attention. Used almost an hour at the opd and the nurse (Ms. Quaye) at the children's ward was so careless and disrespectful. After asking when I could see the pediatrician she told me to leave if I can't wait so I left because from the way she behaving I would have ended up disrespecting her too
