Extremely
Disappointed
with
the
Gym's
Unprofessionalism
and
Rude
Staff!!
During
my
recent
visit
to
Accra,
I
had
the
opportunity
to
stay
in
the
same
complex
as
the
gym
where
my
older
brother
has
been
a
member
for
years.
With
a
tight
schedule
ahead,
I
decided
to
start
working
out
during
my
stay.
Excitedly,
I
approached
the
training
instructor
to
discuss
a
workout
plan
and
experience
the
facilities.
However,
my
experience
took
a
turn
for
the
worse
when
one
of
the
staff
members
approached
me,
demanding
payment
upfront.
I
kindly
explained
that
I
was
only
in
Accra
for
a
short
period
and
hadn't
made
up
my
mind
about
signing
up
for
a
membership.
I
assured
them
that
I
would
settle
any
costs
as
soon
as
I
made
a
decision,
after
assessing
my
schedule
and
the
convenience
of
regular
workouts.
Despite
my
explanation,
the
staff
member
persisted
in
reminding
me
to
pay,
interrupting
my
training
session.
Even
the
manager
joined
in,
pressuring
me
aggressively
for
immediate
payment.
I
repeatedly
reassured
them
that
I
intended
to
pay
right
after
my
session
but
was
met
with
distrust,
as
if
I
had
any
intention
of
evading
payment.
The
unprofessionalism,
unpleasantness,
and
extreme
rudeness
exhibited
by
the
entire
staff
left
me
deeply
offended.
It
was
clear
that
their
only
concern
was
money,
overshadowing
their
duty
to
provide
a
satisfactory
service.
In
the
end,
I
reluctantly
paid
for
two
visits,
even
though
I
hadn't
completed
my
workout
and
the
initial
visit
was
meant
to
be
a
trial.
I
did
so
only
to
satisfy
their
insatiable
desire
for
money
and
to
make
it
known
that
their
service
was
utterly
awful.
Rest
assured,
I
will
never
step
foot
inside
this
gym
again.
I
hope
that
this
review
serves
as
constructive
feedback
for
the
management,
urging
them
to
address
the
unprofessional
behavior
of
their
staff
and
prioritize
delivering
a
more
pleasant
and
customer-oriented
experience.
