It's has world class equipment for all kind of exercise one wants to do.

Nice place with satisfactory facilities but mostly over crowded. It's expected, since it's a university gym. The university should consider expansion.

A well equipped gym

I really love the aerobics and the way the Gym attendants handly business at the Gym. Additionally the olympic size swimming pool adds value to the overall experience at the University of Ghana Gymnasium

I wish I could have ended my subscription on higher note. After I spent a few months as a member, I had to move out to Osu. Too far to still get here every other day, as I've done so far... Mind you, I paid for three months, and Fitrip is not cheap at all. With one and a half month left on my subscription (approx 650GHS), they didn't even try to accommodate me and maybe offer to turn it into daily passes or spread it across the upcoming months. & they made me call back many times for a week only to get a negative answer... Super poor customer service and a great waste of money.

It's cheap and has a swimming pool but it's a small space and you may not workout well during peak hours. Staff are friendly

Awesome family thing going on there in that gym. Costs 15gh for a walk-in session. Classes are in the mornings between 6am-8am, evenings 5:30pm -7pm. The gym generally opens at about 5:30am, closes at 8pm with an hour's break between 11:30am and 12:30pm. There's High powered Aerobics, African dance aerobics, Yoga, Hip-Salsa-Kizomba,Aqua aerobics, outdoor bootcamps and personal training. Washrooms have running showers sinks, lockers with keys. Trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. Visit then sometime.

Busy place most of the time but decent despite the load. Laaarge space for parking with security, gym+pool+aerobix.hall+physio.office. Gym well equipped and with good/experienced fitness instructors. Huuuuge pool (with depths as low as 6 feet and as "wicked" as 21 feet for the pros..lol) Great surrounding and airy environment.

The trainers here are very professional. Good and modern equipment. Huge swimming pool too and a shallow one for kids.

One of the best Fitness Center in Africa It's a place to be if only you want to see change in the body. Secondly a whole lot of activities do take place there such Aerobics, Karate, Weightlifting,Restaurant,Very Neat Changing Room and many more. Come have a feel of the place yourself and the rest will be good memories

It is very solid and high standard gym

Fitrip gym is a luxury standard gym, it has great equipment and well qualified trainers. There are so many different work out programs and fitness classes to choose from. The wonderful aspect for me is that you can hold your mem membership if you have to travel for work or vacation, and resume it when you are back. In short , you will get your money's worth.

Crosstrain is a facility with the best sports experience! You have the opportunity to consistently push past your limits. They have great workout plans, amazing coach ( Coach Kojo) and trainers, great and healthy beverages and snacks, nice atmosphere and above all team spirit. Friendly for children too! Great Job!

This place and trainers are good, but due to some reason we were unable to continue training and for this they are not refunding our money which is not good. I hate their management.

Hello Mr. Adomako. Mr. Adomako is just a good fellow. I believe he is one of the few people with a good heart around the world. Humble and super friendly. Hey! You read that he's humble right? 😊. When he switches to the workout mode, he will push you to go the extra mile till you get your health goals in check. I love the wall over there, with kind words for Mr. Adomako and the team. It serves as a memory book which when read, tells you the relationship Cross Train have with their clients. I couldn't get a chance to write my name on this wall because I didn't train there, but my review, my writing on the wall here is about the good person Mr. Adomako is.
