Awful place. Two days with the shower broken, they didn't give us any solution. We booked a doble room with two separated bed, but finally there weren't. Never had one apologize. Margaret, the owner, never contacted us, she didn't give a solution. Internet doesn't work well, the palce is dirty. We left the place totally dissapointed I woulnd't recommend to anybody

Stayed here 3 nights and liked the location a lot in Osu. The breakfast was okay, but only served until 9 what I found a bit too early. The staff was not very helpful, often did not really understand what we asked for and it took very long for them to react. When we entered the room that was actually nice, bright and modern, we noticed quite a lot of dark hair on the floors in the bathroom and bedroom which I think is a no go.. check the rooms and clean them before new guests arrive. They swept the floors, but did not apologize for the inconvenience. around the bathtub there was quite some mold unfortunately. poor service and cleaning, nice location and room interior though.

Good value for money, especially in expensive Accra. The location is great - nice quiet part of Osu with great cafes nearby, 20 min walk to Oxford St. We had some problems with the water, the staff were able to solve them although sometimes took quite a while - but the manager gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience, so that was okay. My only problem with the room was the mould on the silicon around the bathtub/shower - would strongly recommend management takes care of this, as it's the only not nice thing about this place!

Staff is respectful but not efficient. Came back to my room in the evening and found the door open, the cleaning lady just left It open ! Reported it to the reception , they just didn't care. There is no visible management AT ALL ! No ownership or responsibility by the guest house owners. Door lock was falling off, some bulbs were not working the room none were fixed during 3 days of my stay !!!! WIFI stopped in the night had to wake up the reception who sleeping on the couch..... Could not do anything ! It could be a better place with some management being around. FOR NOW ITS A NO GO PLACE !!!! Better places in OSU AREA FOR MUCH LESS PRICE!!!

It's a silent and good hotel. The first room was having an Air condition issue and mgmt changed the room. A kettle in room will be helpful for guests.

Clean nice location in Osu with a good ratio between price and comfort. Only pay attention if you are not willing to pay in US dollar. The exchange rate is far from reality and they ask to pay more than indicated on their own website

Nice place

I visited because of the excellent reviews but totally disappointed by the service and staff. Receptionist reminded me twice that I needed to check out 30mins before checkout time. Hotel has no restaurant/snack centre and these people would not offer or sell you water except you have an emergency or its midnight (in the words of the receptionist) Deluxe Room had a bad bed. For the price, I wouldn't recommend.

The location is central, the staff were really courteous, they made the stay pleasant. I enjoyed their cornbread.

They have well coordinated staffs in place

All is almost perfect, except for the type of beds in some rooms.

Booked online but at arrival the reservation was completely neglected and a room with higher price was asked. The manager was not available for discussion. The next morning the assistant woke us up (very disturbing) to acknowledge that the reservation was actually made and to give back the balance.

An award winning hostel by Ghana Tourism Authority. You will love the elegance of this facility. Bed and breakfast services available too. The facility is as well located in a serene environment not far from Oxford street in Osu.

Fantastic place with a good side view, decent rooms and delicious breakfast that took me through the day. The interactions with the MD was not just welcoming but insightful. I hope to be here again and soon.

Lovely place. Neat and calm

Very nice hotel, well located next To Oxford Street. Comfy and quiet rooms, huge breakfast (would be called a brunch in many a place) and lovely staff. I Will stay there again on my next trip To Accra!

Warm reception, friendly atmosphere, courteous staff. However, mosquito was a challenge.

Very very disappointing.I didn’t even get to stay there.Received a call from the manager asking me not to come to the place yet and to wait for her somewhere.I sat there for hours unable to reach her.When I finally did she told me not to waste her time and that she was going to call back.She finally did after 13 hrs of leaving me stranded telling me the place was now ready.I had found another place by then.She refuses to return my money now.Shes a fraud and very impolite and disrespectful.Never allow yourself to be cheated like she did to me.Its an experience I’ll never forget.
