It's
difficult
to
decide
how
to
rate
the
place
when
you're
getting
a
range
of
emotions
from
very
positive
to
very
negative
ones.
Let
me
start
with
the
positives.
The
location,
the
views,
the
tranquil
nature
around
this
place
are
simply
stunning.
I
am
fairly
new
to
Africa
so
it
still
makes
me
happy
to
see
its
greens,
and
reds,
and
yellows.
The
food
and
the
service
around
the
canteen
area
were
top
notch.
Guys
and
girls
there
made
us
really
welcome
and
were
responding
well
to
all
our
requests.
One
little
annoyance
was
around
the
time
it
took
them
to
cook
the
dinner
(about
35
minutes)
but
it
was
rather
late
and
the
kitchen
might
have
been
understaffed.
Now,
to
the
not-so-good
part
of
the
review.
We
booked
the
most
expensive
rooms,
which
was
agreed
verbally
over
the
phone
before
we
set
off.
When
we
arrived
we
were
told
all
those
rooms
were
taken
and
instead
we
were
offered
a
couple
of
really
small
and
mouldy
rooms
quite
far
from
all
the
amenities.
After
us
making
a
scene
a
few
better
rooms
were
miraculously
found.
Now,
as
we
saw,
the
rooms
are
really
different
in
quality,
so
there
might
be
better
(or
much
worse)
ones,
but
even
the
rooms
we
ended
up
in
were...
rather
tired.
The
bathroom
was
in
a
need
of
urgent
refurbishment,
the
water
was
not
flowing
well
and
the
hot
water
in
the
shower
ran
out
in
2
minutes.
The
walls
were
patchy,
the
furniture
beaten
and
there
were
dead
cockroaches
on
the
floor
in
the
morning.
Well,
at
least
the
A/C
worked
well
and
the
windows
were
tight
enough
to
keep
mosquitoes
out.
So,
a
mixed
bag,
but
overall
I
liked
it
thanks
to
the
views
and
the
people
who
served
us
(not
the
management).
