Great place on the beach, I fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Love the simple beach huts, walks on the beach, the homemade food and having a cold drink from the bar. And then there is Papa - always smiling, helpful and ready to show you the local area. If you want an experience off the beaten track, this is really the place to go.

I call this pure luxury away from home. Great beach views and aesthetics, warm hospitality, great food and breezy nights. Best tip, sleep in a tent on the beach outside or rent a thatched hut. Keta has one of the best coastlines in Ghana. Paps Beach Camp is a wonder!

If you expect luxury, this is not the place for you. If you expect amazing people, authentic and delicious food, fantastic view and a calm environment this is for you! Not a place to charge your phone, but a place to charge your body and mind. We loved staying here. We have been here more than once, and we are definitely coming back.

My favourite experience so far in Ghana. Stayed at Meet Me There and had a boat ride here with friends. Got to meet the local kids, we took some stuff to give out (toys, balls, bats etc). Had a great (humbling) day. Paps has a few huts now so could stay the night. Fantastic.

Unique experience to stay right on the beach. Very fair prices and super welcoming host. Pap’s is on a mission to build compost toilets for the village - support the cause by staying at Pap’s.

I was there in April 2023. The ambience is so beautiful. Food is also very good and the people are very friendly. The compost toilet was always clean.

Such a wonderful yet magnificent piece of a village, the hut made of thatch and the sand with mosquito net living style of bedroom, the atmosphere, been a really exciting amount of time spent here, I'm coming back. Enjoyed a boat ride as well.

The best spot to chill a few days away from the commotion ! Located on a sandy stretch between the Atlantic and a volta tributary, Paps beachclub has it all. Hamocs on coconut trees, cozy huts made out of palms (with mozzy net), a good chef and even some wifi if needed. To sweeten the deal, at night, you can join a patrol walk aiming to find turtles that come ashore in great numbers on these beaches to lay their eggs. The aim is to protect them from poachers, collect the eggs and burry them safely in the on-site hatchery. Should you be lucky, you might awake to a nest having hatched and bring the young to sea ! A great opportunity to witness a local conservation project first hand. Bring a book, and relax !

What a hidden gem! This place is definitely the perfect place to escape the noise of the cities and enjoy some peaceful days in hammocks between coconut trees with the sound of the sea in the background. The food was always fresh prepared and delicious! During my stay we went on a "turtle walk" at night to look out for turtles laying eggs so we could bring them to the hatchery close to the camp. There the babies can hatch safely before being released to the ocean. So a great place to support the local community and the conservation of sea turtles as well. Thanks Paps for this lovely time!

One of the hidden gems in paradise. Paps Beach Camp is the perfect place to relax and meditate while listening sounds of the ocean. Here you can also enjoy traditional dishes cooked to order or even enjoy a tour on the lagoon to Ada Foah. There is an onsite bar stocked with local and imported beverages. If you want a place for peace and tranquility then look no further. Papa, the owner, is a great host that will welcome you as family from the moment you come into contact with him. I will be a return guest on my next visit to Ghana and I highly recommend Paps Beach Camp to everyone.

Very nice accommodation with a welcoming, safe and friendly atmosphere. Pap is eager to make the stay perfect, organised a bonfire and helped us finding the right boat trips. Canoe tour with Winner was relaxing and informative at the same time. Highly recommended!

Excellent hideout away from the busy urban areas. Very relaxing and a great place to reconnect with nature. You could also see sea Turtles hatching or laying eggs.
