It's a beautiful mall with somany shops and restaurants. More restaurants than other shops though. Some restaurants there are open till late 12am but all other shops (wares) close 9pm. It's a nice place to visit for sightseeing and shopping. I'll definitely recommend it.

Prices of some goods here are a bit on the high side but you can get a good deal on sales.

I'd gone to Palace mall to get Red Wine and and some groceries only to I receive the shocker of my life when I was told by one of the staff here was told they don't sell alcoholic wine here. I'm like for real? In a hypermarket as big as this? Well, apart from that, it is a great mall and ineas able to get every other thing. It is easily accessible and provides sufficient parking for shoppers. There are a lot of items here and they are well arranged for easy identification. You other get the chance to visit other stores located in the palms square.

The irresponsible behavioural pattern of workers, is a perfect reflection of their so-called managers. I will explain. As a matter of urgency, there should be stipulated laid-down rules for worker engagements, because many of these workers flood the reception area and hold conversations which makes them dismiss the presence of the client. I'm first witness to this, and I believe something needs to be done soonest.

Simply I will say Palace one of the best malls we have in Ghana

Highly recommend this place. What a great exchange policy, no questions asked. Extremely efficient and friendly staff and management. I don't live close to this mall, but it's an absolute pleasure shopping here.

Good place for food, shopping and getting mostly all you need. It’s better than the Oxford Street mall and can compete with the Accra mall I’m certain of this. I enjoyed my coffee at second cup there and strolled a bit which was nice.

This super market carries a wide range of products we need on our daily lives!! They range from textiles to sports to electronics to agricultural machines to detergents and creams to children's toys.. you name them!! The covid-19 protocols are strictly enforced. Staff are respectful and helpful. The rest rooms are neat!! There is a manageable parking space for your cars as well. I recommend palace to you for ya Xmas shopping!! 😂

This store is pretty big and they sell a host of things. Appliances, groceries, home decor and a whole lot more. Customer service is pretty good here and obtain a discount card from this shop to enjoy continuous discount whenever you purchase from there.

It’s a nice place to hangout and have a nice time. There are shops to shop at, restaurants to eat at and even very random services like car key cutting and programming. I’ve had very nice coffee in Second cup coffee shop; had nice food at Outdoors restaurant and some sushi restaurant. All in all, it’s a fun and nice place to just eat or shop.

A wide array of stalls to choose from. They stock groceries, home furnishings, electronics, plastics etc. They are loads of restaurants to grab a quick bite while shopping! My best bet for most of your everyday needs.

Well the choices or options a quite varied... Its a large place and a lazy walker like me won't be able to cover too many shops if given a 3 hour free shopping window of opportunity. I think the mall needs an easy map on all entrances, it will help new shopper find what they need quicker. Also the mall needs a mall needs a more pro active carpark/ security team. They always seem a bit overwhelmed with entering and existing cars (shoppers)...so overwhelmed its as if they don't care...it gets a bit bizarre sometimes... especially on the outside parking space. Exiting the mall unto the spintex Rd can also be very difficult for first time visitors to the mall. Prices are a bit on the high side compared to other shopping centers but I guess it depends on what you are out there to buy. The sushi bar over there though... Reasonably priced , tastes great.

The Mall is also close to the Teteh Kwashie roundabout hence can be alternative for consumers who patronize the services of Accra mall. Palace is strategically located with lots of businesses on sight. It is not a big mall but it is filled with the essential shops and services. The traffic situation around the mall when improved will make it more welcoming to patrons.

I don't know what's going on there but all my favourite food vendors have moved. I can't even do grocery shopping at the supermarket because of the insane prices. The only nice thing was finding a department store there.
