Worst worst worst service!!!!!!!!!!!!Terrible!!!!!!! 1. Please get another contact line .. we cannot keep waiting on the line for almost an hour just to place an order. 2.delivery arrived so cold and looking like spaghetti Bolognese.. in shambles & trampled ...this is the third time it is happening. I'm not buying from east legon branch again... 3.and the pizza.... as if tin tomatoes and fruit juice have been poured on it..Terrible!!!!!!! I'm extremely disappointed because eddys used to be my favorite. Update after 6months... They are improving...

The service of your waitresses these days are so bad. They except you to come for your menu, after ordering expect you to leave your table and come for your order. It’s so bad. You guys can do better.

Their east legon branch is a bomb. I had a very terrible experience and will never forget. I order a jumbo size I think eddys special , it took 1:34 mins or the order to be ready.

Ordered 2 Meat Lover pizzas and given a wrong order of Supreme pizza with countable pieces of meat. They thereafter insisted payment be made despite their acknowledgement of the error. Very poor customer service

Honestly I don’t have much to say about this pizza but I’ve had better. It wasn’t really the best lol. I wouldn’t really recommend. And I don’t remember the size i got but the box was extremely small. This was the bbq pizza.

One of the best pizza joints in Accra however waiting period must be worked on. Customer services are not satisfactory. The place is romantic and cozy though. More room for improvement.

Original Review I don't know what to tell you I cannot eat this pizza.. I ordered extra chicken I hardly got any chicken. I ordered tomatoes and onions I got tons of onions and literally 4 little pieces of tomatoes. I did not order green bell peppers because I do not like green bell peppers but you put a lot of green bell peppers on my pizza. I ordered chicken not chicken bone there is literally a chicken bone in this pizza. I am not eating this 😝 and I'm throwing it in the trash. Do better, It doesn't take much to read an order from bolt.

They have delicious pizzas but a huge problem in terms of hygiene. On one occasion, I was swamped with cockroaches on the table and the second time I was greeted by a mouse. Management has to resolve this quickly.

Order didn’t take too long to be ready and the lady kneading and baking the pizza had a warm reception😊. We had an extra pizza for a Tuesday&Wednesday promo(which we had no idea). Thanks Eddys! Sure to visit again when we come around. Do patronize on said days and get 1 free pizza to enjoy 😉

They take forever to serve. They are gentle and respectful. A good HR but one order takes at least 45 mins. I will advise you order before you go there to pick it up. They have delivery services too.

I have ordered servally from Eddys pizza in all their branches but i must say that the ladies who pick up the orders at East Legon branch, can be very rude. I just ordered for a pizza and the lady who took my order argued over a very petty enquiry I asked then hanged up whilst I was still talking. I'm not a difficult person but that's a very poor customer service. Work on it please. Yhank you

I wanted to give them four stars for the very nice pizza but their services were not up to standards as compared to other restaurants. We had to wait long before we were served and the waiter kept getting our orders wrong. We asked for smoothies, the lady at the counter said OK, then later the waiter told me he won't be able to get us our smoothies. All these discrepancies were needless and avoidable. Also, we asked for a bottle of Coke and it came not chilled. We had to request for ice cubes. But in all their pizza was good so maybe that made up for those discomforts. I hope they read this and improve next time.

Love Eddy's Pizza. The service at the East Legon branch is very cool. The gentlemen who greeted me at the door took my order. He said 45 minutes, but it came faster. Eddy's has a buy-1-get-1 promotion on Tuesday specifically. Their large is a very good size. With 66cedis on Tuesday you can get 2 large pizzas. They really cheese their pizzas compared to other pizzerias. For that Eddy's gets 5 stars. But I'm giving 4 stars to this branch because I've had some long waits on days with the promotion because they are really busy.

Tried reaching them via call and it never went through. I then drove to their east legon branch to place the order and I had to sit and wait for close to an hour to be served. If I had ordered online it would have been ready faster. I'm disappointed

Eddys pizza, East Legon has an excellent customer service. They have a cozy environment where you can bring your loved ones . They play good soothing music and have splendid lighting effects at night. The restaurant is fully air-conditioned with comfortable chairs for your relaxation . They aslo have nice sitting views where you can watch outside. The have a 43" television set for your viewing pleasure. I would recommend it for anyone. Whether you want to take your whole family out or just want to grab a quick bit. They aslo do deliveries. So just call them and it will be delivered at your doorstep.

Visited from the USA (Jersey/NYC) so I know great pizza when I have it. Service was wonderful but I couldn’t help but be disappointed in the smell and my chicken pizza had a bone in it. I discarded the reminder as I couldn’t eat it. I hope to find a good pizza place while visiting Beautiful Ghana.

Well, my experience wasn't that awesome when i went. There was this supervisor or boss who was just screaming at all the employees without regard for our presence. And, o, talk about spraying airfreshner just without warning without as much as an excuse... Eitherways, that was a good cue to leave. The atmosphere was made unwelcoming by her royal highness. So we left!.. I believe some things could have been done better..

Very lousy delivery service, ordered, waited for it to be ready, asked that it be delivered, went to a barbering shop and then walked to where i asked that it be delivered and for forty minutes there was still no sign of the delivery. Order delivered by Daniel (hope he gave me his real name.)

Although the pizza was delicious and made with fresh ingredients, I have to mention that the staff wasn't as friendly as I had hoped. However, the food made up for it and I still had a good experience overall. The cozy atmosphere of the place made it a great spot to enjoy a tasty pizza with friends or family.

The famous supreme flavour which use to be my favourite, taste different now. Nothing special just tomatoes and onions and lots of cheese. Very disappointed. I bought at Osu and East Legon branch both are not nice.
