Excellent food with large portions. The service was great. The time of order to receiving food was fairly quick. The inside of the lounge was nice. The center where restaurant is located is a must stop for International visitors.

Perfect ambience with little noise and not usually crowded. Relatively less expensive compared to nearby restaurants, and better services. Definitely a place to hang out either for two or multiple. Plus plus when facing the mall, you catch a pretty good view. All in all, I liked this place. Koffee Lounge will forever be my go to place, their assorted jollof rice is my favorite meal to order, very affordable as well.

I’ve eaten Koffee Lounge food over the years but it seems to be getting progressively worse. The staff are not the most efficient, though I can’t tell if that is due to the bustle they get or their actual service. The food is bland now, a far cry from my first time tasting it four years ago (that Schezuan fried rice). The quantity is the only redeeming quality left though I’m a bit worried if now we’re choosing quantity over quality. On the whole it’s alright but so not worth the hype. Get it if you’re hungry and don’t want to spend too much but don’t go expecting much.

Very popular place to get nice food at a very affordable price. The food here can easily feed and satisfy two people. You can either call to place an order to be picked up by yourself, order for the food to be delivered to you or you can just walk in and order to eat there. Service is also quite good. Since it's at a mall, there are quite a number of parking slots available unless the mall becomes crowded. This is my go-to place for a quick meal.

Not bad, but you can easily be ignored. Prompt the waiters intermittently, else you could be there for over half an hour unattended to... especially during peak hours. Food is okay and budget friendly. Some good sauces available as well. Can get crowded sometimes.

You really get value for your money... the environment is cozy and you get to place an order and pick up anytime you want. You can as well opt for delivery and it will be timely delivery tho it’s quite expensive.

Food served here is very neat and and the waiters are very jovial. Located in a busy shopping mall area in one of the most beautiful and plush residential areas of the capital city. This food bar is also patromized by many tourists.

I want to ask the managements of Koffee Lounge about Gladys? I guess the managements have not observed the poor performances for now which is making you guys loses customers.In this crisis a worker like Gladys is not supposed to be layed off because she is really promoting the business.I have been there for almost two weeks and asked about her but I was told she is at home.That lady need to be called back to work.I have been buying koffee lounge food with all my company staffs for the past years when my dearest mummy was managing the place before her sudden death...but for the past days ...most of them have stop because they complain about the food.Am pleading with management of Koffee lounge to call back that lady called GLADYS....This my simple suggestion to Managements.Thank You.

The rice is plenty herh. Not bad though I would have lived the vegetables in the vegetable rice cooked some more. The onions and tasted too crunchy and raw. Otherwise a great place to have a quiet lunch and the menu selection is varied and extensive. You can get fresh watermelon and pineapple juice and other fruits when they are in season. Quick efficient service and attentive staff and the food came quickly too. You can watch people passing by in the courtyard while dining inside or alfresco. Overall a good experience

I waited for over an hour to get my meal and yet the golden shrimps I ordered was so bad I couldn't eat it. The seafood fried rice was also not salted. In the end my money and time were wasted.

I’ve had fried rice from Koffee lounge in the past and it was nothing like what I had today. It had no taste, the chicken was bland. Maybe if you’re just looking at quantity you can go ahead to buy.

The virgin colada here is lit! I’ve tried a few, and there’s a lot of trash out here. Very cool place to hang out. Definitely coming back.

Great food but poor customer service. An order will be placed and more than an hour, no one returns the call unless you call again. The usual excuse is no delivery guy available. Waitress don't pay attention on phone and you have to repeat yourself severally.

Very bad customer service. I walked up to the staff behind the counter, said hi and nobody even bothered to ask what I was there for. Stood there for about 5-10mims and the staff just went past me, going about their normal work. So I decided to leave and none of them even bothered to say anything to me. So appalling.

It isnt bad enough to have your order ready in hour, you have to wait an extra hour for it to be delivered. It didn't happen once or twice, I've experienced this level of bad customer service the third and fourth time. Please buckle up

I had very good customer service here; the waiter was rather attentive and helpful. My order also didn't take too long even though the place was busy. I did have a little problem with the assorted fried rice and Jollof; the meat was a bit stale so I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest but the servings are huge so I guess I can't complain too much.

Koffee lounge is located at the A$C mall, food is so good yet affordable! Service is swift and food is always served hot. Both indoor and outdoor dinning areas. You don’t have to break the bank to enjoy a sumptuous meal 😉

I didn't enjoy their fried rice, customer service was terrible which I'd want to believe might be just the lady that served us. The environment was cool anyway.

My first time, the waiter was a teenager and inexperienced so I’ll cut him some slack for the challenges we had in ordering and the delay in delivery. He seem new. Their pastries taste so delicious and their black pepper is so spicy and taste great. Their noodles are very tasty and looks like it’s value for money. Singapore sea food rice noodles they serve for Gh45 is enough for two people to eat. However their packaging is surprisingly poor. Serving a Ghc 45 foreign dish in regular white takeaway pack is a big turn off.

Great service. The assorted Friedrice and noodles are great picks. If you like mildly spicy food you would definitely enjoy their noodles like I did. Prices are quite affordable too. They had toddler eating seats, which is great if you are going with your little one.
