I'm not one for scathing reviews, but I feel this is worth mentioning: After ordering for the grilled chicken and fried rice, which never came, my waiter told me there was no rice. I ended up ordering for French fries instead. That too never came. So, aside the unresponsive and SLOW waitstaff, I had to endure TWO HOURS of waiting and still not get food. Why should anyone wait for two hours and still not get served? Why? For French fries and grilled chicken? I had to leave without receiving my order. Totally appalling. This has been the very worst experience at any Restaurant. Unfortunately, you've lost my patronage. Extremely disappointed! Never visiting again!!!

Beautiful place to get fed . Wonderful pizza too

So disgraceful and disgusting from the vendor to delivery .. first of all we order through bolt and knowing its buy one get one free to our surprise one was delivered after 2hrs wait for order ..and on delivery the rider stinks so bad and his also rude. HOW CAN A Pizza have a thick base like break for Tea.. it bad and so disappointing .. lets learn to deliver quality and not quantity. Am done with eddy's pizza weija branch ... pictures below the bread that was made pizza ...Employ better chef's and stop making this tea bread for people as pizza

The people here are very rude every time my son calls there to place an order this rude gal hangs up the call or begins to shout on him i don't know what is her issue or if she's mad but it makes the company look very bad and unprofessional! Every time we ask for delivery she does the same thing I will come there to speak to your manager soon I hope you read this complaint!

Eddys pizza in general never disappoints when it comes to their signature pizzas. Always tasty and fresh... Their Weija branch is no different. Just superb.

They have good pizza but they have bad customer care. They don't seem to care about the customer's plight. They're delivery service is even worse.

Poor customer service and my Pizza is often burnt and uncooked. Their telephone number to order doesn't go through and when you go there the staffs end up talking to you rudely. I hate the weija branch services.

I was a bit worried about how empty and disoriented the place was when I entered at first. But my encounter with the staff particularly the cashier gave me all the answers I needed to conclude that poor customer service has definitely run this place down. I am yet to patronise the other branches but their weija branch is a disaster as far as customer service is concern, I could give a zero star if Google would permit.

Wanted to order chicken wraps by phone and drive through after 5 min. But the lady said it would take 30 min to make it. So I had to cancel this order and look for another fast food joint. ((

They could really do better. I literally fell alseep cause my pizza took too long to get ready. Easy to locate but make sure you don’t go during lunch breaks at work cause they might waste your time like they did with me

Customer service is really bad. I ordered for Pizza, got there to pay for the Pizza with my mobile money, they said non of those payment system works and not even my debit card. I left, no one even said oh let find a way. They just saw me leave the Pizza. It’s very bad.

I guess most of the reviews were right. Very terrible experience. It took over 2 hours to get my order which was 1 single pizza. All staff teasing a French who can’t speak English, very un professional children. No receipt for my order, and only cash accepted. No name tags so I can’t put down names. Will not recommend. Never returning

The service was really bad because after the food was ready they placed the food in the delivery bag without calling out a name. Then it means they do not have the appliance to indicate whether it for delivery or take out

The Weija Branch of Eddy’s Pizza has a terrible customer service. Firstly, it is useless to try to reach them on phone because no one answers the phone. After walk in, the staff seem disorganized and can’t even give an estimated wait time.

The sales persons were not interested to sell. Don’t also try to book orders via call. Well for the week of their tasty pizza and if you can stomach terrible customer service then that is your place

Accessibility to the place on foot from the highway to weija eddys when crossing is very dangerous.

I was there for an hour after ordering my pizza which never came after calling the attentant to find out what is happening she told me to retake the order again so I got bored and left...they waited my time and resources

The pizza I ordered came in a smaller box rather than a larger one and was put in the box per slice. They didn’t even bother to give me prior notice about the shortage of boxes. I have experienced other bad services which I took lightly but with this, I’m certain patronizing your services again.

After an order has been placed, it takes a long time to be processed. Your do not even know your order number. This is the only pizza place I have been to that you are not given an order number once you place an order. Terrible service

I took my family to this pizza joint on the 4th of October and I regret this day. I ordered pizza for the family that evening and it took more than 2 hours for us to be served. Before the pizza was served the children had taken too much drink that they couldn't enjoy the pizza. Apparently they had ran out of cheese and were taken new orders without informing the new customers of the challenge

Eddy's Pizza has deteriorated. The number for the Weija branch doesn't work, and no one seems bothered about it. You can order through pizzeria, as a workaround, but, when you arrive, your are told stories by the staff. Their whole attitude is one of nonchalance. Will be difficult to recommend this place. I've ordered just once from Papa's pizza. They are more processional.

The place is nice and spacious but their pizza was bad. I remember I and my friends ordered meat lovers and first and foremost they didn't serve as with the bread they usually serve at many Eddie's pizza joints. Also their meat lovers pizza had so much cheap sausages, you could barely taste the meat. It made the pizza taste horrible and it was shocking because they have one of the most expensive pizza prices in Ghana. I don't know whether it is this branch or Eddie's pizza has begun diluting its pizzas to save money. For the expensive price they are charging for their pizzas, I expect a very top quality pizza. Not one with too much sausage when it is supposed to be meat lovers.

I made an order to be delivered to me at kasoa yesterday around 4:45 and I was told it would be ready in an hour and 30mins which I complied to.2hrs gone and no call from them I called back around 7 and I was assured it was going to be ready in a few mins time.called back around 7:50 and the fone was off ..no call from them to tell me anything fone just went off...I was so disappointed and that was bad customer service.i mean you could have just asked me to come for it...

Good atmosphere, good music, good pizza usually hot. From my visit today they said they don't accept mobile money. Customer service is great though special mention to Monica who helped sort out our payment issue. I don't know why the lights were off when we entered but it was put on just before we left. I've not seen the place overly filled but there's outdoor seating which is great too. Nice set-up with comfy couches, a great place to get a quick bite.

Eddys pizza, is gradually loosing its goodwill. It used to be exquisite and very tasty but recently, it sometimes taste like left over. I think management should go back to the drawing board.

Terrible customer service. I called in to make an order so when I reached there I could get my meal I got there and none of the staff spoke to me I tried questioning one of them and her demeanor was awful Am never visiting this zone anymore

Their service is so poor. You would sit there minutes before someone brings you a menu and after placing your orders it takes about 20 to 30 minutes before you get your order

They have no sense of professionalism, they are not courteous...generally their services is nothing to write home about. I order a simple pizza.. and for 28 minutes.. nothing. To even apologize for the unnecessarily long delay was an afterthought. Oh no.. even the signage outside their premises is not visible at night.. as the lights that lighten up the frontage are all dead. Hmmm . enough said.

I place a pickup order around 4pm and the lady told me to wait for 45min and she will call me when its ready I waited for 2hrs no call so decided to go there myself.....I went and she told me its still not ready......so I want to ask how long dose it take for your pizza to be ready
