Excellent food and lovely staff ! We came here with our newborn and they made extra effort to accommodate us. The food was awesome, we had the salad and jacket potato and the quality of the ingredients was very well considered. Highly recommend!

My wife and I visited for some breakfast. We were very pleased with what we received, the food was well cooked and presented well. The staff were friendly and helpful, I would have one suggestion, make sure the outside tables are sturdy, table 24 I think it was, the wobble was quite off putting when cutting our food. 😃 Definitely one to visit

Excellent,very clean & tidy, reasonable prices,excellant staff, and excellent presentation I had two poached eggs on a bed of crushed avacodo,on sough dough toast with a bottle of water,my daughter had the same but she had a Americano coffee,the meal was perfect the poached eggs where spot on,I would very highly recommend 110%.give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Fab place to eat and drink overlooking the Stamford Meadows, I strongly recommend the avocado, poached egg on sour dough... Delicious!

Such a nice location to go for a food break if you are in Stamford. The food tastes great and the portion sizes were quite good. Great place. £10.95 for full English is fantastic plus cost of drinks. Massive mushroom, really fresh. Unique local sausages. Super quick, polite and attentive service. Only improvement would be even more speciality teas - tea leaf tea, but that's me being fussy

Very friendly staff, clean toilets, and delicious food. We really enjoyed the sausage baguettes. It's good to know the food is locally sourced.

Visited here with my wife and my dog for some food. Dogs are welcome 🙏 I had the fish cakes which tasted amazing, my wife had a chicken salad which was huge. We were both very impressed.

Visit to Stamford with my daughter. Needed a quick lunch and have been here before. Fresh soup was delicious with plenty of bread. Cod and chips also very good. All piping hot. It was a freezing cold day and downstairs area a little draughty hence the 4 for atmosphere.

Great service on a busy Friday. The young lady who found us a better table, took our order and served an enjoyable lunch at a busy time was a great credit. Well done - we will be back!

Me and my girlfriend went as it looked the part with the decor and the cakes looked nice. I had ham egg and chips and a banana milkshake. The milkshake was good. But the portion of chips you got was shocking it was worse than a kids portion. The ham was sandwich ham wich was thin and you only got one slice and it was full of fat round the edge . And at £12 you expect more. My girlfriend had a chicken and sun dried tomato baguette which was flavourless. The chicken was very white and dry. The ramkin of salad was tasty but wasnt enough reflecting on the price at £13 for a baguette. I know stamford is a very known place for wealthy people ,but this place needs to charge less for the food they are serving. I won't be back as there is much better places to eat.

Ate a delicious light lunch of garlic prawns & toasted sourdough here last Friday. Perfect for a break from shopping with a friend. Good menu, clean & friendly.
