I have never been here (don't live in Norwich) but I always buy my coffee from their site, following a friend's recommendation. Strangers is superlative, from their customer service to the quality of their coffee to their ethics to their supernaturally fast shipping times. The most recent time I ordered from them, I asked them (via their help form) for suggestions which coffee I should get for a family member. They responded within a few hours, I placed the order, and got the notification it had been shipped ten minutes later. Highly recommended.

In my opinion best coffee of Norwich, the taste is impressive and enjoyable. Really good service and lovely staff. Outstanding. Strongly recommend to try it.

Awesome coffee and great knowledgeable staff! The espresso was so juicy and made a delicious flat white, I also tried the filter coffee that was lovely too. Happily left the shop with a few bags to take home to try ;)

Shop is staffed by some super passionate coffee people. They will write down whole systems for coffee brewing for you. Best espresso in Norwich, probably best in East Anglia.

Coffee was okay, but the attitude of the barista was appalling - dismissive and rude. Unless their staff are trained in the art of customer service, I won't be returning any time soon.

The Brazil Terra Preta is some of the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. I’m ordering this stuff by the 1kg bag and spending way less on takeaway coffees as a result. So good.

Perfect stop off of you need a quick coffee to go. Still served to high standard. Consistently on the money when it comes to espresso. A large selection of beans to purchase, another fine addition to the coffee scene in Norwich.

The coffee is consistently good. I've not had a miss on a coffee here yet. I recommend Strangers if you like more modern tasting espresso. They make a good Mocha too (quite sweet, but with a lot of coffee flavor). The quality is consistent across hot and iced drinks.

Wonderful coffee! The owners and the baristas are so knowledgeable about the coffee and we have never been disappointed. The smell of coffee roasting draws you towards the roastery on Dove Street and the coffee is fantastic.

The vast selection of single origin organic coffee roasted in Norwich, gives every coffee such a fresh unique taste. My favourite of all time was called 'La Rosa', quite possibly the most strawberry-like coffee ive ever had it was so amazing! At the moment they have an Indonesia coffee called 'Avotara' and that is almost as good! i strongly recommend anyone who gets an upset stomach or adverse effects from coffee to try theirs because it most likely will change your opinion on coffee and wont have the same effect.

This is my favourite Strangers coffee location as you can get a coffee and see them roasting it too. The staff are all very friendly and skilled. I highly recommend the Fine City Blend coffee.

Authentic coffee shop where they roast the beans in store - what more could you want?! We purchased a bag to take home for our bean to cup machine and it is the best coffee we have had so will be back for more!

Today I went to purchase my husbands beloved Brazilian bean but they were almost out of stock! It’s obviously very popular. Even though it would leave them short for the afternoon they were still able to fill a bag with the bottom of the barrel and a bag off the shelf. Such lovely sweet boys, so friendly. Called in this afternoon (9/11/19) very welcoming owners, very helpful, explained loads. Walked out with a couple of bags of beans, tried them when I got home, I wasn't disappointed. One of the best coffee's I've had. Will deffinety be coming back and would recommend any coffee lover to give them a try.

I've never tasted coffee as good as this before, simply the best flavours in their double espresso.

Literally, I would be here every day if I lived in Norwich. I absolutely love the coffee, really authentic, with the roaster in house. Always happy to spend time, going through the different blends. A must if you’re in town ☕️

This is a review for the Dove St Strangers The lasts couple of times I have been, I have been served by the same guy. A slightly older gent who is just unfriendly. Really blunt, never says Thank you and just not very good at customer service. Genuinely putting me off going back. The coffee is always great at Strangers, but would steer clear of the Dove St location, and go to one the other locations who have friendly staff.

Sweet coffee shop, but absolutely, the worst coffee I have ever had. The coffee was so bitter - it was awful. Nice Danish pastry though!
