Visiting from California and South Africa, we walked in and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Coffee was far superior to Starbucks, and baked goods were fantastic. I recommend you book for hi tea a day in advance and the Baker will specifically bake for you

14 of us celebrated my daughter's birthday; the breakfast/brunch buffet was superb. Food was excellent (hot and tasty) and plenty of it!! The people who work there are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be going there again and would highly recommend it.😊

Had afternoon tea with my girlfriends, it was absolutely amazing fresh fruit scones with cream and jam, iced slices, cake, Brioche buns with cream cheese and salmon, the only thing I would change slightly was it was quite cake and sweet heavy could have done with some crisps or nuts maybe. Staff were very friendly and helpful, as my friend had misplaced her voucher. Great value for money bought as a Christmas present 🎁 👌 will definitely be visiting again 😊

Popped in here this morning for breakfast. Delicious food (see pics - rogue big breakfast and chorizo breakfast eggs), friendly staff and good atmosphere. Also, good prices. Would highly recommend.

Great menu on what I thought a great idea (sheet of paper ) quick service. Food always hot and fresh. Delicious coffee. I visited just after Halloween and managed to get a pumpkin spice latte so I was happy. Thank you

Nice little tucked away independent cafe in Newport. Has a front section with tables and chairs and a couple of big comfy sofas at the back, where I could quite happily sit all afternoon. Good coffee and decent food. The only thing that could be improved is the noise from the kitchen, which opens directly onto the sofa area, including totally different music to what's being played in the cafe.

A coffee shop with real character. Comfy, well decorated and with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend as the perfect place to grab a hot chocolate and shelter from the rain while waiting for a friend to arrive at Newport station.

Missing a lot of items which narrowed down what we could order. The food we had though was lovely. The atmosphere was very welcoming

Visited here for the first time the other day, honestly can't say anything negative about the place! The coffee was lush, I ended up having two, the food was very tasty and filling and the staff were super friendly. The atmosphere was also very relaxed and people seemed happy to be there to relax with a brew and some good food. I also loved the homemade seasonal sweet treats, you can tell a lot of thought and passion is put into this business. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

A great neighbourhood coffee shop with an extensive breakfast / brunch / lunch menu using quality ingredients - all freshly cooked to order. Try one of Vic’s breakfast toasties and you won’t be disappointed. The coffee is not just coffee, it’s great coffee which is locally sourced via a local roaster and is made to perfection. They also have a great selection of teas, soft drinks and cakes. Will & his team offer a welcoming, friendly, personalised service and Vic’s cooking is outstanding. Visit Rogue Fox once and you’ll be hooked!

Lovely local coffee shop / restaurant for breakfast and lunches. Apart from cakes and other confectionary, the small kitchen produces really tasty food at reasonable prices. They're happy to tweak orders to suit too - just let them know. The one criticism I have is outside their control - parking nearby can be a bit hit-and-miss and there are local restrictions on how long you can park for before you have to move. Last time I checked there was a max two hour stay - which might seem like long enough but it is not difficult to spend that much time and more in the Rogue Fox nattering over a couple of coffees and cake!

Our favourite coffee shop around. Can’t fault this place - coffee amazing and so is food. Love the vibe

Breakfast was tasty and well seasoned. Nice to have vine ripned tomatoes with the breakfast. Great tasting coffee. The decor was very comfortable with a great snug towards the back with leather sofas and arm chairs. Alcoholic drinks also available if you fancy an earlier than normal tipple. My only disappointment was the 'butter' that was served with our breakfast was in fact margarine. If toast & butter is what's displayed on the menu, then butter is what should be served. A small but important detail in my opinion.

Only had coffee and cake but the coffee (their new house blend) was just right and the vegan chocolate cake, I could have eaten the whole cake it was so tasty. Their prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back.

A little oasis of calm and coziness. The coffee is always great and the pistachio and rose cake is amazing. Lovely vibe and friendly staff. What’s not to love?

Had my baby shower here on Saturday and I’m really happy with how things went. Around 30 of my friends and family came, and all commented on how lovely the setting was and how beautiful the food was. A great selection of food and catered to everyone’s tastes. The girls were great, very accommodating and friendly and whatever I needed they helped with. Will definitely be recommending Rogue Fox Coffee House to all of my friends and family and will be back again for some more delicious food and coffee. Thank you so much!

Lovely cafe which serves the best griddled cheese toasties!! Ventured in for the first time today and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere and great tunes. Friendly quick service and a super tasty lunch with a generous portion of home made coleslaw and tasty dressed salad...Amazing comfort food! I look forward to my next visit and a chance to enjoy a hot chocolate and to try some of their delicious looking cakes 😊

Absolutely blown away by the food. We had the cheese and tomato toasties and not only were they delicious, but they were enormous! Lovely side salad with it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Unfortunately they don’t tell you it’s only brown bread and it tastes like cardboard. No breakfast for me on a business trip as I have to be on time. The confusing thing is anchor butter (amazing) with brown bread. Won’t be back

Interior is nice, lots of plants, very green. Bench seats are uncomfortable. There are sofas at the back, though and other seating is available. Kitchen sometimes closes for private functions so hot food is not guaranteed. Cake available.

Had 45 minutes to kill before a train and popped in here. Two girls behind the counter were great (sorry didn't get their names). Coffee came quickly and was delicious. Menu was unusual but a welcome change and the food was stunning. Went for the Yankee burger, STRONGLY recommend! Thanks all!
