Great place for a coffee, tea, snack or a full-on lunch. Service was really excellent, comfy seating and spacious. Their freshly made cakes are sumptuous. If in the area looking for a sit-down break then look in and sit down.

Our first visit. We loved the coffee shop. It has an excellent selection. The lunchtime soup - potato and leek - was very tasty on a windy day. Try one of the homemade cakes, the paradise cake was excellent. There are also gluten-free options available.

Sadly was made to feel so unwelcome, like others experience, we didn't even stay we just left. If your here in Dunbar hopefully you have a better experience than we did.

Popped in here while on holiday friendly welcome we had two lovely coffees and two delicious scones.Will call in again when we return to Dunbar.

Worst service ever received. The blonde ladies serving couldn't have been ruder and lazier. They spent most of their time chatting with each other rather than attending to customers. We almost left in the time it took for them to attend to us (wish we did). In the time we were there 3 separate customers did leave as couldn't get any acknowledgement from these utterly useless servers, despite their being plenty of free tables. There was literally a queue out the door at one point, while the two servers ignored the whole thing and chatted amongst themselves. Were made to feel like a complete inconvenience asking for anything, like cutlery which they forgot to give us. Go to Graze Coffee & Chocolate House instead (it was shut while we were here unfortunately). There the staff will actually attend to you. Their cakes are delicious as well!

A nice simple wee cafe right in the middle of the bustling High Street, with a good choice of traditional breakfasts and lunches on offer. We were just in for a cup of tea and some cake, tea cups were nice old bone china style, tea was nice and refreshing, cakes were really nice and opulent with a good choice. The premises are light and airy with quite a nice quiet ambiance, staff were really nice and friendly. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

Best cafe and 'crack' for ages. Elderly ladies and staff more entertaining than the 'Still Game' cast.

Food ok but expensive for coffee/cake. Service was very slow - it was a Saturday.

A lovely clean, pleasant and friendly cafe that serves a really good latte in regular or large sizes. We will use it again when we are next in Dunbar.

Ordered two coffees and cake to take out . Was told to wait outside . Was shocked . So walked back inside to ask why . Was told by staff . Because I told you to . Well customer service there is none . Maybe £8 to pay for take out . Tip treat your customers better .

Our first stop on our mega bike tour. Was told to go away as we don’t accept bicycles anywhere near the cafe. The owner made us feel so unwelcome.

This is a lovely welcoming coffee shop with great seating areas, there are beautiful settees and the usual tables and chairs, each with there different zones. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the service was excellent. The food that I had was tasty and the coffee was really good. The cafe was clean and I am happy to recommend this cafe.

Good coffee. Breakfast was very disappointing. And no dogs allowed 🚫🐕 Would not recommend it.

Found the service poor. Did not get what I ordered and the woman serving did not apologise but was quite hostile about it!! Shouting ‘that’s what you paid for’!! Would not return for such poor manners!!!!

Cheese scones are very good. Coffee good as well, would definitely recommend

Absolutely shocking service. Was shouted at across the counter saying "NO TABLES". A kind gentleman was just leaving so said we could take his table, we were then shouted at again. "YOURE GOING TO HAVE TO LEAVE THE BUGGY OUTSIDE, WE DONT ALLOW BUGGYS" I was shocked. Our little one was sleeping and the buggy was tucked away out of anyone's way. Absolutely will not return.

Waked in with 3 friends and found a table in the window . Sat down and was greeted by an unwelcoming staff member who didn’t speak and we felt as though we were not welcome . She cleaned the table and removed the dirty dishes but was rude when asking us to remove one of our items from the table . We promptly walked out as didn’t feel welcome . Pity as we were going to order so their loss
