A nice cafe located inside the Student's union building. Ordered latte. It was good. The taste could be improved slightly though.

It's a shame to be writing this review because the coffee here tastes really good and I like the space. It's a cosy place, despite the big windows, comfy seats, usually good music, good WiFi and clean. However, on at least 3 occasions now my order has been forgotten or missed out. In addition to this I have been charged for a Latte when I asked for an Americano (and had it confirmed by the server), so I was charged extra. I don't drink milk so would never have ordered a Latte. Not even a sorry. Twice I have ordered coffee to take away and after 15-20 minutes of waiting, while everyone served after me got their coffee, I have been asked what I am waiting for and then the order written out and started. On another occasion I was staying in. I gave my table number, paid and took the seat as instructed. Half an hour and nothing! I had to go up to the till and point out that I still hadn't received my coffee. Really disappointed in the service. There used to be two counters, one for seating and one for takeaway, but they make everyone queue together now so it's longer queues and a longer wait. There are some gluten free and vegan snack options, but they warn there may be cross contamination, so if you have an allergy don't bother. Sorry to say, will be looking for an alternative coffee shop in the area.

Nice location and coffee. Asked for a cappuccino and they charged me for the most expensive largest one without asking which one I wanted. So happy but on principle will not be coming back.

Cosy student coffee shop. The pricing is okay for a coffee shop, a few items are somewhat pricey but so far nothing has been disappointing. Baked goods come in reasonable sizes as well. It can be hard to find seating some days due to popularity. Vegan options are available with one or two gluten free options.

Well, I usually visit the place for the Thursday's International Students Meet but this place seems to be bustling always with international people and always energetic. Good for an ideal meet with someone. Ps. Also, next to this is the board games room. Can play multiple with your friends or foe 😋

Good place for a coffee and cake, although it’s more of a young persons place as was loud (is close to the Uni so that’s a clue!) Had a nice cup of tea, but late in the day on a Thursday there wasn’t many cake options left. Annoyingly there was a meeting being held at 5.30pm which was closing time, but I was asked to move from my table at 5pm so they could set up and then a lady repeatedly came round telling us we would need to leave at 5.30pm.

Warm, busy environment, decent priced food. And in the very centre of uni. Quick service too.

It’s a nicely designed Café, with a good location in the SU. Sometimes it’s really packed and slightly disorganised, but it still gives me a special sense of comfort whenever I pass by when I am in the SU. I love the Pain au Chocolat (2.50£) Definitely my go-to order. The iced Americano (2.65£) is ok. I think most of the menu items are just ok hence my imperfect rating. It’s a decent place to chill and hang out. And definitely one of the highlights in the SU.

Kind of wish they would call a spade a spade because if you are unfamiliar with the menu your drink order if tea may come out as mint tea but its a relaxed place not too expensive. Does get busy around lunch though

THE best blue corn green chile chicken enchilada you'll ever have!!! The food is great New Mexican food. The only problem is consistency. Sometimes it's not as good as other times. The last time I was there I got lucky. They had almost run out of food way early in the day and a lot of guests were getting upset about it because they couldn't get what they wanted.

Love their beverages and sandwiches selection, it's awesome that they have so many vegan options. The staff is really nice and approachable. They do a great job.

I come here quite often to get work done in the morning with the motivation of the nice coffee and tea they serve! All my experiences so far with the staff were great however I went in to get a coffee this morning and was served by a staff member who was very off handed with me! I went order from the place I usually order from, the staff member that served me, advised me to order from the non-takeaway section, after I ordered a pot of tea. This was done with no empathy towards me, as I was just a little confused as I always had no problem ordering drinks to stay in there. So I made my way over to the correct stay in section, were the same staff member served me. I tried to smile whilst I attempted to re-order to lighten the mood between us but to no avail. Throughout this, I just felt that I was unwelcome there and just in the way. I don’t expect staff to be overly nice to me but I do want to be treated as a person who makes mistakes sometimes!

The coffee is great. The staffs are also friendly, especially to international students. The atmosphere is just perfect to get relax with your coffee while enjoying the view through the glass window.
