My wife found this place on Google maps and after going to a gig on our first visit to Sunderland, we popped here for a morning bite and coffee. It was excellent. Great location next to a lovely beach, the staff were lovely and friendly; the coffee as strong and tasty, and our double egg bagel was heavenly. Gooey yoke and perfectly fried eggs with the best toasted bagel. If you’re in the area drop by, grab a table and relax! We’ll be back again definitely.

Fausto’s what can i say? Strong coffee, good food, lovely staff and a great atmosphere paired with absolutely amazing music. Cannot fault this place in the slightest! Highly recommend coming here if you ever get the change.

We came for pizza for the restaurant week and it was delicious. Their vegan pizzas were lovely, and we followed them with a cake. We'll definitely return.

It was our first time here, and we did enjoy our visit, but things didn't run quite as smoothly in the service department as we would have liked. However the staff did sort out the issues quickly and with a smile. There is a decent amount of indoor seating too.

Delicious freshly made and wood fired oven cooked pizzas. Staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Lovely atmosphere on a friday night meal out with friends. Very vegan friendly. Well return and recommend. Also good for daytime drinks a d cake (again always vegan options too).

Visited for the first time last week, great location and decor, bagels and coffee were amazing. However the staff.. when I ordered food they barely made any eye contact, no hello’s or smiles, felt as though I was a massive burden when I ordered food (even though it was quiet). Other reviews said the staff were amazing but when I went they must have had an off day..

Great little cafe by the beach. Flat white was strong and fu of flavour and the milk was perfect. Great carrot cake and there was plenty of room for me to work on my laptop!

We visit Fausto quite often for coffee, lunch or pizza. Regardless of the time of day we always receive great, friendly service and the quality of food and drinks across the board is excellent. The location is great, right on the beach, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating - and it's dog friendly all day and evening. All the food is made fresh to order, there's a lot of thought went in to both the day menu and the pizza menu to make the choices varied and different from "the norm". There are ample choices as a vegetarian, and again you can tell there has been thought put into the menu choices to offer tasty, varied options.

Even though extremely busy very accomodating when asking for just toasted halloumi and chilli jam and when served a latte in a paper cup for inside explained I really prefer ceramic or glass cup and they accomodated. Food excellent quality worth the wait and cakes and scones also for eat in or takeaway. Coffee to wake you up. Great atmosphere mix of ages, famalies, cyclists, walkers and people watchers (in a good way) they also serve alcohol and have quiz eves and sometimes ive seen a live singer/guitarist

Had a lush fresh fruit smoothy and double espresso here. 😋 The coffee is proper Italian style and strength coffee! 💪 They have a authentic clay oven out that's to make fresh pizza. Staff were lovely and friendly and the location is just perfect for days sitting outside looking out to sea or indoors for a cosy atmosphere.

We booked a table at Faustos this evening and will definitely be going back. Pizza was delicious and very close to the pizza we have enjoyed many times in Southern Italy. Great service, wonderful views, terrific choice of music. Our kind of place.☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Love this place. My son and I visited Fausto Coffee last night. Love the fact its open until 9pm, even 10pm some nights. Thats great, it means I can take my son after school and we don't need to rush home. We met a very nice young man who is staff there. He was really nice and made me feel welcome/heard and comfortable. Because of the staff I will be back. Not tried the food in some years, can't wait to try it 😋. Drinks are a little expensive, £5 for two drinks. The quality is very good so the cost is definitely justified.

Lovely coffee and cake at this fabulous little bistro. Tables outside were taken so we sat inside. Great atmosphere. The pizzas looked and smelled delicious.

A lovely coffee shop delicious cheese scones. Environment very clean and tidy. Welcoming atmosphere. Very friendly and efficient staff. Dog friendly which was great as I had a friend's dog with me and although there are tables outside it was a cool day.

I'm not a picky eater but I couldn't stomach this pizza, the base was totally burnt which meant you could barely taste the toppings. The nachos also came burnt. Staff were very friendly and had no issues with any requests made. Wouldn't return here for food.

Lovely experience all round. Staff were fantastic served by Alex. My dog even received a treet whilst we were eating our pizza's. The pizza's were the best and we will certainly be returning. Quality ingredients lovely atmosphere could not have asked for more .

Fab tasty coffees including decaf and super friendly service. The food served is really good quality and superb value. We’ll worth the walk and now our regular stop for coffee when walking along our beautiful seafront.
