This is usually a great experience when I have visited other branches. Today was no different. The place was spotless and enjoyed the coffee and lovely selection of food. Service was very quick the place was quite busy even on a Monday morning in January....

Not a bad cafe, maybe for an amateur. We were here for the first time and definitely won't be back. We ordered the signature bacon and cheese macaroni casserole - it was extremely salty. Couldn't even get through half of it. The cheesecake was ok. And red velvet tastes awfully sweet and flat. The most delicious was the coffee in this place.

Lovely little cafe, had a wonderful hot chocolate with so much whipped cream and marshmallow to take down a horse! Loved it!

11am lots of seating good tea. And top dog sausage roll

First time here and not disappointed. Cappuccino was beautiful and hot, and the chocolate mud cake is to die for ! Relaxed atmosphere and polite staff, would definitely come back.

The Muffin Break is a cozy coffee shop located within the Beacon in the heart of Eastbourne. We went in after searching around for a pumpkin spice latte (as Starbucks has not had any available for a whole week) and we were not disappointed. As well as the huge lattes, we got some lunch as the shop offers a range of savoury and sweet options. Overall, very pleased with the quality of food and service and highly recommended as a place to chill and grab a coffee.

Food is good, service is average nothing special.

We went here for a coffee and cake whilst shopping at The Beacon in Eastbourne. The drinks were nice and the blueberry muffin was fresh and equally nice. The service was prompt and staff brought our order to the table. It was busy all the time we were there. The cafe runs a loyalty card scheme too. It's always nice to get a free coffee.

OMG 1st time here the other day just myself and my hubby. We was feeling sick because we needed something to eat and drink . So ham hock panni. Mac&cheese. Tart spinach and feta hot chocolate orange Terry's drink oh my it was great. Just what we needed . Told josh you need to come with us next time. Ladies work together and hard too in that small space . Cakes look nice too. Wore gloves which is always nice to see. Thanks ladies we will be back. Went to this coffee shop, which I usually do but today had a disrespectful welcome. The Italian girl that works there is just not competent at all. There was a misunderstanding and she was talking about me to her colleague like I wasn't there!! So I left without buying anything. Disgusting behaviour, very offensive. Not recommended anymore.

Nice atmosphere and a good range of options, some other elements might be a bit questionable though. I ordered the signature Yorkshire pudding wrap; it was nice, I mean it was a Yorkshire pudding with some stuff in it so what do you expect, but overpriced for what you get. The gimmick only carries you so far, and the staff weren't especially friendly either. Overall, this was okay, neither special nor awful.

Had a raspberry and white chocolate muffin. It was still warm and was absolutely lovely. Washed down with a decent coffee. Banana milkshakes are very nice as well. It was nice and clean. Service was friendly and quick

I've just been to Eastbourne for a week and this lovely coffee shop was my favourite place to go for a nice caramel latte I felt relaxed in here and of course the latte was perfect and the staff very nice even when very busy hopefully I can return again soon thank you 👍🏻.

Been here several times and found that the coffee quality is consistent but the muffin quality and taste varies. I compare this to Hastings branch where the muffins ate definitely better. However I have given 5 stars for the hot food and sandwiches which are excellent and value for money. Having the toilet door opening into the middle of the restaurant is not ideal and I question the hygiene.

The food was amazing, but the lady with the brown hair and glasses talked to a junior employee in a way which disgusted many of us at the queue. If my boss would talk to me in this manner in such a condescending way, I would immediately leave the company.

Exceptionally friendly staff, very welcoming and attentive and very quick to clean tables. Coffee was great as was my lemon muffin.

Impressive little cafe in the Beacon shopping centre. Food was really good and well priced and the staff were really friendly which you could see in the faces of the other diners.

First coffee left fir ages while made other two, one at a time, was cold by time finished it. Need multiple coffee taps if going to sell multiple coffees. Sausage roll was almost inedible, had what liked like carrot in it, and didn't taste of meat at all. Sign clearly said SAUSSAGE roll. Poor English could hardly understand staff. Tables do close hard to get seated without people behind moving their chairs. Won't be going back, that's fir sure.

Been here a few times. I'm not sure if I'm just hard to please but I found the Muffins to be very bland. I'm also not in love with the proximity of the toilet within the cafe. The staff were friendly and efficient but in my opinion and it is just my opinion there are far better places to find a good coffee and Muffin.

Great , do really like muffin break as they do gluten free muffins, it's the only place I can get them from, they're delicious 😋

Got there at 5.10 on Saturday and they said they couldn't do food because they'd turned the toaster off. I understand they want to leave on time but how hard is it to toast a sandwich and wipe in down. I used to work in hospitality and we never didn't serve someone just because it was closer to closing time. They had time Appalling service from the Eastbourne Beacon center Muffin Shop. They seemed to have time to chat though
