First
time
coming
here
and
I
didn't
like
it.
Spotted
several
HSE
issues
including
countless
areas
with
high
slip
hazards
I
spotted.
There
were
two
separate
private
parties
going
on
and
yet
they
were
still
open
to
the
public
meaning
the
place
was
overly
crowded
including
the
pool
itself.
The
reception
area
is
so
small
with
many
parents
and
children
trying
to
"register"
to
get
in.
There
were
so
many
dead
bugs
in
the
pool.
To
make
it
worse
my
daughter
has
been
sick
since
then
and
it's
been
two
weeks.
She
must've
caught
something
from
the
overcrowded
pool.
Another
clear
example
of
revenue
over
quality.
Shame.
*UPDATE*
A
couple
of
weeks
later
I'm
doing
this
update
following
they're
response
to
my
review.
They
left
a
number
for
me
to
call
in
their
rather
lengthy
defensive
response
to
my
review.
I've
called
the
number
a
couple
of
times
but
the
phone
is
never
answered.
The
truth
is
that
I
did
not
even
mention
all
of
my
complaints
in
my
earlier
review.
It
should
be
noted
by
Splash
and
Play
that
we
came
there
with
a
friend
and
her
two
children
and
they
also
fell
sick
and
had
to
be
taken
to
the
hospital.
So
yes,
the
children
picked
up
something
from
the
venue
that
day.
