One of the biggest Melcom branches I’ve ever been to. Very clean but loud environment probably because it’s in North Industrial Area, Accra. They have quite a number of different products available, from groceries to cooking ware, clothes, shoes and amongst others with affordable prices. I went there recently and noticed most of their products were out of stock, I’m pretty sure they’ll restock soon. I’ve never been impressed with Melcom when it comes to customer service. The workers at their branches are very hostile and have a stinking attitude especially the female workers. The situation is even worse when you ask for help. What is the problem? Is it that they don’t pay them well??? The manager or whoever in charge really has to check this attitude problem of the workers. Washroom is quite manageable. Parking space can be a problem tho.

A large Melcom location. Downstairs is the sports and appliances sections. On the 1st floor is the supermarket, which has a very large selection and has a nice baker, butcher, vegetables area. Upstairs is furniture. It is clean and wasn't so busy the times I have gone.

The New Playground is amazing. So many options for the kids to play with. Also an arcade area for the big kids & adults to play in. Rates are very reasonable, and this is our new favourite!

You should visit to have a feel of the melcom experience. The car park is almost always full but the able and well mannered assistants are always ready and able to assist. Disable parking and access is standard here and the elevators have never failed me. The spectrum of products available is amazing and keeps increasing. There however seem to be a shift to more furniture and edibles at the expense of usual convenience items. Be careful with pricing as not everything appears as cheap as they look. Its commendable that they appear to employ quite a number of persons with hearing and speaking impairments. Look out for the market days and invest in a melcom card - it's worth its while and will pay for itself eventually.

This is an ultra modern shopping centre. They have really improved over the years. Each section now has its own pay points. This is better than before. There used to be long queues just to pay. It has become an attractive hustle free place to shop for a wide range of household items.

Melcom deserve their flowers for such a make up. They did well by organizing the alleys and dividing them well. The section are well decorated and arranged along with the workers , more attentive , kudos to all of that. Customers seem to appreciate those improvements especially coming from the biggest branch ------- Biggest of the Melcom branches Located in North kaneshie industrial area. I did go there a lot of times for various reasons , but I may say , it is not as great as it used to be. Things have changed , I would not say drastically, but there is a noticeable change. Still the same melcom but with something different. We do like the fact that it is there, nothing too impressive. I do like the fact that it has been extended but looks like some products may not be available like before , but though, it's okay.

Melcom Plus was okay but all the products seemed cheaply made but high in cost. Service is not the best and the place always seems dirty and dusty. It’s organized and you can’t find much of anything whenever I visit.

There security does not treat drivers equal, especially if you using a small car because I was once going to buy from them and they said because am a small car I should go to the other parking yard mean while there were many parking slots. Because I won't give them money when I an leaving they didn't allow me park and I went away to buy from China Mall, Spintex

I have enjoyed shopping in Melcom Plus since it was built. On my recent visit, I was looking for furniture. What I found there was classy! I selected one set and I am saving to buy it. I hope it doesn't run out on me.

Loved it. This is the mecca of all melcom stores in Ghana. I can actually in all reality purchase my entire household needs at this place. Electronics, groceries, home and gardening, furniture, lighting.. everything.. even a farmers market is here for Christs sake.

The building was well designed and looks quite nice. The arrangements of the shopping items has also been done quite nicely and the ambiance of the place is fantastic. It may however be hard to find items as there are little to no indicators of where those items are on the floor they are on. The customer service on the other hand was very good and they had a wide range of products.

Was here 2 days ago and realised ongoing renovation was completed...and in addition to their candy land section introduced over the holidays there is a new spice, herbs and dried fruits, nuts and seeds section. I could barely hold back from getting everything...and the prices per 100grs is great too...a whole variety...cumin...pepper flakes...coriander...ginger powder..garlic powder...dried raspberries and cranberries and mangoes....walnuts..almonds...like a whole lot.

I must say they did well by expending their shopping arcade and they now offer a bigger parking space. However, I ordered for an entertainment unit (TV stand). I was given a number to call to find out if the item was ready for pick up. Whenever I called the guy, he always says he will get back to me but never does until I call again. After 10 days of waiting I called again and was told the item was ready. I got to Melcom Plus only to be tossed from one person to the other without any satisfaction. It was only when I decided to get my money back that, I was told to wait again for them to get me the item from the warehouse. I had to drive to the warehouse to retrieve the item. I left there very disappointed in their customer service. It appears all they care about is the money. Dear people of Melcom Plus, a good customer service is also part of the business. Aside the goods you offer, that's one thing that will make your customers appreciate you the more. Kindly work on that aspect.

Melcom Plus is located at the Circle Industrial Area to my best knowledge.. The Melcom Plus building is three storeys and it's very large in size.. The mall is fully stuffed with all varieties of whatever you need.. One of the best Melcom shop I've been so far.

Huge multi-level department store where you can buy nearly everything you need and want, e.g., TVs, stoves, electronics, housewares, grocery store, furniture. The store had good A/C and selection. However, the grocery store setup is not efficient. The grocery store is on the 2nd level, so when you are finished grocery shopping and after paying, the security guards tie your plastic grocery bags with plastic cable ties to prevent theft when you push the grocery cart to the 1st level to exit. Perhaps the grocery store should be on the 1st level. Parking was adequate, but tight.

Varieties of stuffs you can get there, from home decor, appliances, grocery, foodstuff ,electronics, mobile money vendors, musical instruments, furniture and many more. Easy to locate with well arranged car park.

It's a very good place for groceries. Great variety. The main downside is they don’t check the products expiry dates too often and many products will be well past their sell-by date.
