Nestled in a charming corner of the city, this eatery exudes an irresistible allure with its delicious food and serene atmosphere. Now, the food, oh, the food! The menu boasts a delightful array of local and continental dishes. But, alas, there's a thorn in this otherwise splendid experience—service. Despite the culinary magic happening in the kitchen, the service here can be described as nothing short of frustrating. Waitstaff seem disinterested, inattentive, and often oblivious to the needs of diners. In this eatery, there are two sitting areas. The outdoor and enclosed area with air conditioning but note you pay an extra when you sit in the latter area.

The eating atmosphere is average but the banku and Tilapia is splendid. Their beetroot and pineapple ginger natural drink is very tasty.

Dishes are ok. Upstairs is air-conditioned with better sitting area except there's no contingency when there's electricity outage. There's no parking space so you got to park by the road side and be responsible for anything in your car. If going there for the first time, better you use Google maps, it's very accurate

One of the best local restaurants at Osu, every food is available. They just need a delivery and a POS.

The Vegge Rice and Fried Yam was amazing, both red and green pepper sauce was great. My friend had the Banku with Chicken, he loved it. We'll be back.

The banku & okro is good but the banku & groundnut soup is fantastic. Nice atmosphere too. If you want authentic banku. I’d recommend.

Good experience each time I visit. I enjoyed the Okra Soup with Banku, friendly staffs too. The fresh Juice is also nice.

They have very prompt service. We went before the lunch hour madness started. We had a very lovely waitress, Jennifer. The food was spot on, and the water bowls for handfasting were warm, which was super nice. The second water basin also had lemon infused water, which left your hands smelling very nice after the meal. All in all great service.

This restaurant is a star in it's class albeit it does not qualify as fine dinning. There aren't any fancy chairs or sophisticated lightening and or any massive decorations. It's a very simple restaurant with plastic chairs with it's menu posted on the wall. Thus, there really isn't any printed menu(s) to be handed out. The waitresses and waiters could benefit from some training even though they manage to successfully render satisfactory services in their own way!! The food came fully loaded for the price. The chicken seasoning could use some major work. I reckon this is the reason why most customers construe the food served as being too salty. This place isn't for everyone. Thus, if you're looking for a classy, modernize and chic restaurant to eat, this isn't the restaurant for you. Go somewhere else such as wine and dine and expect to spend big bucks for the quality of service they provide.

I had the best Banku and Tilapia I have ever enjoyed here and definitely going back to try the other food on their menu. Nice waiters, great service and amazing food. A strong recommendation for those seeking to have a taste of Ghana's local cuisine.

One can’t go wrong with their tilapia, Banku with fresh pepper, they also do very good Okro stew with tilapia and goat meet. They do well with continental and Chinese dishes. The customers are many at lunch, i advice you place your order on time.

Food portions are sizable. A plate can even be shared by 2 people. Design of restaurant is hideous and stuffy. As someone with IBS, the only food suitable for my sensitive stomach is assorted rice

Local dishes are amazing. You need to call ahead and order. Not the place to go if you're extremely hungry and haven't called ahead. Took 45 mins to get our food.

Living room gives you home vibes. From the location, to decor, space, service, menu, taste and all. Service is very quick and meticulous. They have many waiters who are very attentive to their clients needs. The kitchen is also very quick with orders. You could expect to wait for 15 minutes for your order to arrive at your table. My friends and I were going there every day for lunch as the food is so good. Not cheap but WORTH the price.

Thank you for the prompt response.....I appreciate the effort to address my concerns. I went there this evening (20/12/20).My attempt to use the washroom was a horrific experience. The WC was 🤢 🤢🤢(filled with....) and taps weren't flowing! Even at the eating area the tap wasn't flowing and there was no alienative means of washing hands inside. I complained to one staff and she said she was going to do something about it but all she did was lip service. Nothing changed. I'm so 🤢 🤢🤢🤢🤢.

The food is always superb. Unfortunately its very busy after 11am as many establishments order takeaways from it. The female staff are a bit lazy so you sometimes get ignored or have long waits. But i recommend it for its yummy food.

Food is good as always, service was appalling. In order not to generalize, I'll limit the dishonest behavior seen to whoever served us that day. The only place I've seen that requires you to pay an additional 10gh for pepper after paying 95gh for tilapia. Waitress presented a VAT receipt of 196gh and asked we pay 204gh. When asked for a receipt for the additional figures, 30 minutes wasn't enough to provide the receipt. Cashier quotes 185gh as actual bill entered on system so we deserve a refund, waitress also mentioning other weird things. Provide us the receipt, and that one too was another back and forth. Had to just leave as it is and hand 205gh to them. It's sickening. If a waitress wants a tip, don't be dishonest and cheat for it. It's given not taken. Management should watch them, that's how a good business turns bad.
