I love KFC and I will always do, and as much as KFC is a franchise company which means that they are to use same recipe but this Dansoman KFC tastes so different in terms of a better taste to my past experience, very nice, crispy and juicy. Your order is quickly taken, prepared and ready. They has a spacious seating patio upstairs. Navigating through the road is very easy and a good drive through. Let's talk about the friendly customer experience from the staff, the manager, Mr Bright Asani is doing a good job. I want to use this moment to say keep it up to KFC dansoman for awarding their staff, I saw the best staff award frame for the year 2022, and it goes to Joanna,I don't know if other KFC's do the same, but I must say that this is a good strategy to encourage their staff to do better.

Totally Radical. Love the service. Staffs are so quick and friendly. And the Building is cold, just the way I like em. Had lots of fun. Totally recommend for a Night Out or chill zone. Yeah and they have a free Wifi.

I asked for traditional not the spicy version this took another 20min. At least it was fresh and hot.

Did the drive-through with my cousin. First time. It was straightforward. Order taken. Pay at next window. Told to wait 10mins. However, finding a spot to park is a toil. This branch has just a tiny frontage for parking, and at a comprising location (entrance to fuel station).... But once our order arrived, that lemon zinger spicy wings are to die for. Damn! Never had chicken so good. Top top stuff.

Siren environment with good and quality food, I ordered pork chops with yam chips and the food was great. Good wash rooms with no foul scent. Just close to the volta lake. Good road network. Tasty grilled chicken and tilapia. I enjoyed very good food and delicious pork chops. Volta perch is served here. The environment alone is a good source of relaxation.

Worse service. There was this slim dark lady at the counter who attended to me without a smile. First, she almost billed me wrongly. I ordered twister (the meal), price on the board was 60ghs. She told me it was 70ghs but I insisted it was 60ghs and paid. When my food was ready and I went to pick it up after hearing my order number, she collected it and literally slammed it in the pack that contained my order/food that was given to me at the counter. I asked if could go it upstairs and she said yes. I climbed upstairs and realized the the entire place was so hot. Apparently the air conditioner wasn’t working. I came downstairs to report the issue and she was insisting it was without even going upstairs to confirm. My plea was totally ignored like it was nothing. This issue happened between 1:45pm to 2:00pm today 9-9-2023. I must say I am very disappointed with your service. Wanted to dine in but due to the unfriendly service I decided to leave. Typing this as I leave.

Most KFC branches across Accra will always short you meal one way or the order anytime you buy. I don't know whether they pack the rest home. I have ordered many times and not a single order away is correctly given. I always forget to verify but this last one I ordered online via jumia food from dansoman, hurt me most. I think the workers needs to be checked. This is unfair. Sometimes you miss what you have to serve your family

Only Two sockets upstairs, not laptop friendly. No one had a multi socket. I had to walk to buy one myself. Only to come and realize the sockets weren't working. Went down to inform them, they couldn't be bothered. The place was hot as hell. The food was not bad.

But I can tell you their regular chicken is actually the best compared to other outlets. Just like any other kfc, the food is great, it has a drive thru, spacious sitting areas, great customer service and it's situated just beside a filling station where you have a convenient store as well. All in all its a nice place

Food is a check in terms of taste i won't argue with the health aspect, it's a fast-food place 😋. I can literally taste the mono sodium in the chicken, they can cut back on it just a little bit. Lots of parking space, the guy at the counter was very customer friendly(would find his name and update). Only down side is the long wait period sometimes. Still a notch KFC by me let's say Africa WISE. This branch does the trick.

I placed an order and waited over 30 minutes so I walked up to the counter to find out why there was a delay. Only to see in the background that one lady called Daniella was frying chicken to take home and ignoring my order. So after I complained the bag she packed her chicken in was emptied and some of it was packaged for me

I have been here a couple of times, and it’s a great place for meetings for a quick chat and to have a conversation. Not too noisy, and they have a place to charge your laptop or phone.

Soo unkept we have to tell one of them to clean the place. But it's Soo unfortunate that the one we called to do the cleaning also have a bad character, after showing off her behavior she brought a small bucket of water to clean de table and she placed de bucket on the seat where my friend was sitting wen she could have place it on de floor or probably hold it. And de annoying part of it all is she left drops of water from de bucket without cleaning expecting to be called again b4 she will clean. I really hated the lady's behavior and I hope she's der to do this things b4 being paid. My first day was so boring

It's a nice place. Go upstairs if you want some quiet and privacy. The food... well, it's KFC - it's bad. Ordered the tower burger. They didn't have cheese and hash browns, and they didn't tell me until after. The chicken was crisp but tasteless; buns, meh; but lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. The toilet was dirty.

I've been there severally and personally, I believe service over there is dependent on the employee on duty when you arrive. I've been served by some really wonderful people and other times, not quite the same. KFC Dansoman is a great place, generally. And shout out to the security/door handler, guy is polite with his service.

The car parking was not organized, rude workers, customer services need to be improved, no menu to choose from, you have to look at advertising on a screen in the restaurant to choose from, the fried chicken contains too much oil, you can literally squeeze the oil out of it. They need to do their homework well.

Dude behind the counter was on the phone instead of working and my order was mixed up. Nobody had the grace to apologize. Just one excuse after another.
