The service is average. Food is same as all outlets. Customer service was average. There was noise though from the staff. Staff should work on lowering their voices when communicating.

The place is great. I was overwhelmed by the sheer size of their parking lot and the fact that they observe the Covid 19 protocols to the latter. Great food as well. Love their chicken and fries.. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

Time between order and order ready was about 10min. The till accepted cash for payment although there are other payment methods like visa/POS and momo. Not an overly memorable experience but a convenient means to order some takeout. Exiting the premises can be a chore as the diner is on the same premises as a shell filling station and close to an intersection making navigation a bit tricky.

Cool place to be and even do digital work. But you go with your own data.

Your average fast food service joint. I love their prompt service and of course the delicious crunchy chicken. I don't care so much for their boring burgers or rice dishes but the chicken is absolutely delicious. And of course the drive through affords an even faster service.

I was meeting up with some people there. I found it a very comfortable and well structured place. It is neat and excellently located. I however did not try the food so I cannot present any information about that. It smelled great though!

This is my local KFC so I’ve been able to see the service and business grow and get better over time. The current team is the best the location has ever had, very friendly, courteous and able to keep customers happy and flowing. The menu isn’t varied (even for a KFC), meaning it’s likely you’ll be picking up the same meals each time you visit; however the food is great so you’ll also be happy with every order.

Parking is tight. No attendant to assist with parking. Combination of fuel and food may not be the best attraction

Nice place and you go through the covid safety protocols before you enter and when you enter you meet respectful reception and you will be served after placing your order in two to five minutes before your know your order is ready the fastest i have seen i recommend this place to everyone interested and around thanks.

Worse tonight. I ordered for chicken and took over 2 hours. Even that it was never delivered. I had to move a car for drive thru service at the restaurant and I was called after an hour only to be told that the despatch had an accident hence delivery won't be possible. So if I hadn't move a car to buy myself my guests will still be waiting. Really bad service. You should do better next time

Drive through wait time can be incredibly very long most of the time.

Went to KFC drive through and ordered a chicken zinger (spicy) sandwich meal. The sandwich was very good, tasty and seasoned. The quantity of fries was small compared to a regular size in the states. The drive through line was incredibly long. However, in all, I would definitely go back again.

Walks in on Sundays is very packed. You will end up spending a lot of time waiting for your order. A drive through would be prudent.

I love the drive through experience. Pretty much easy to buy food without delay. If you are very hungry and wants your food like instant, then drive through here is your best bet.

The place often gets noisy and too warm. It take too long or an order to get ready and some of the guys are too playfull as observed each time I come there, often around 9pm or 10pm.

I was quite hungry that day and I must say, the drive thru service was quite fast and they got my order just how I liked it.

There was something a little off with the taste. We got 8 out of the 9 chicken we ordered. The drive-thru was a little slow. The attendant at the window didn't pay us any mind until we said something. He was talking to a co-worker.

Alot of fighting went on with some workers and the dispatch riders. It was really terrible in the presence of customers, that cool ambience of quite and peace to enjoy the food was lost that day

Staff didn't pay attention to Client details. I believe Customer engagement should be key to service delivery
