It's wasn't really busy and and its cool that way.

Very neat and organised. Waiters and waitresses are very respectful. Has an upstairs area for dine-out. You will love the place. If you are big on space, you may be disappointed. Aside that, everything is great.

Customer Service is on point. Food is good. My favourite is the rice with the grilled chicken. Parking space available with security men available to help. Nice sitting area to eat. Order takes 15 to 30 mins depending on the food ordered. The location is at the heart of Lapaz with 2 banks and an eye clinic by Papaye stands out with it’s brightly coloured building.

The food is nice. My only problem with this restaurant is the customer service. Here are some of my experiences The first one at papaye tesano, I was having lunch with two friends the cleaner decided to come and swipe under our table, before doing so she asked me if I could buy food for her, I smiled and told her maybe next time, she got angry and started saying things in twi (I don’t understand twi) I asked my friends what was she saying they replied it’s better for them not to tell me because it’s so embarrassing. Second experience, papaye lapaz, I’m at the entrance I was carrying a lot of stuff meaning my hands were busy, the security guy did not even bother to try and help me open the door meanwhile he was standing there in front of the door seeing me struggling to open the door. But a part from that the food is not bad and affordable. The last time i went there I took a burger 🍔 my sister took fried rice and chicken plus a bottle of water our bill was 56 Ghana cedis

After a long day the food was needed. They fried fish and chips reminded me of England's battered cod. Just amazing. The rice was good. The chicken either grilled or fried was nice but wasn't too much pleased with the seasoning used on the fried chicken but that's just my taste I guess. Overall, Papaye you can't go wrong with them. Hopefully they can expand more 🙏🏾

They have a good flow of service. Many payment options. Just pay and wait for your food. Their food is okay. The place is almost always busy. If you want to dine in, then you have to go upstairs.

All services on point but I think they need a bigger reception and also increase their serving speed.

I have been in Ghana for about a month and needed something not super, super spicy. I ordered the fried fish and fries with coleslaw. We got it for takeout. I was so pleasantly surprised. The fish was perfect! The seasoning, the crispiness, it was so moist and delicious. Edit to add: I went back again, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time!

You get the best compromise between price and quality. With 28 cedis here, you can get quality, filling food with all the lovely side perks, like pepper and coleslaw. At other places, you would spend that amount on just chicken. Environment is neat and staff are lovely.

I called them so I can order the food, but I was told that they don't do delivery so I have to go there. They have good customer service, they accept both mobile money and physical cash. You know most restaurants are great, but I'm not rating them for that. I'm highly impressed with where it's situated. Has a spacious car park (though sometimes it gets crowded) and I love the fact that even if you don't come with your own car, you can easily get a car to wherever you want to go, I mean wherever!

I'd give it 3½ if I could. They're definitely better than the 3 star rating but not up to 4. That's because there are other places to enjoy way more delicious food. Papaye's not bad. It's not "wow" either. They've got their recipe right and they do it right. Plus I think their pricing is perfect. I just wish they experimented more.

I think dinning in was just superb. Being upstairs gives you a little view of lights when its evening. My only only challenge is the waiting time for the food. Took me about fifteen minutes of waiting time to get my food. I think that is where they differ from any other branch. It was great altogether though

If there's Zero star I would have given to their service, customer relationship and the environment. I have been going there (Lapaz Branch) at least ones every week. I went there one day and asked of wash room, they told me I'm not customer, and before they will show me wash room I should buy food for them to see before they show me washroom. Very sad and Pathetic. Common washroom. That was my last time I will ever go there to buy food from any of their branch. Very bad service. No one should border going there there are a lot of good food joint in Ghana
